Pokaždé profesionální přístup všech sester i paní doktorky P. Doufám, že tu v téhle soustavě budou i nadále, jinam nejdu. Děkuji! Total satisfaction for me. I've been here about 6 times in the last six months. Barley grains came back to me repeatedly (2x procedure). Always the professional approach of all nurses and Dr. P. I hope that they will continue to be in this system, I am not going elsewhere. Thank you!

Možná jsem měl štěstí,ale přede mnou byla pouze jedna paní. Sestřičky hezké a sympatické, velmi rychlá administrativa(skenují kartičku pojišťovny) a do 15min. u paní doktorky. Byl jsem zde poprvé a jistě bud dál chodit na prohlídky. For me, very helpful behavior, quick and professional examination, so satisfaction. And I came unordered around 2 pm. The examination on request was fast, the staff was very nice and the production of glasses next door in the optics was incredibly lightning fast. Great!

Ošetření raněného oka dle mého názoru proběhlo důkladně. Děkuji personálu a mohu jen doporučit. Full waiting room for people, an hour and a half waiting before my turn, probably the wrong time. In the end, very nice staff and a doctor. In my opinion, the treatment of the injured eye was thorough. Thank you staff and I can only recommend.

Příchod 15:35, bez pozdravu mi pravděpodobně sestřička sdělila, že již jdu pozdě, že příjem je maximálně v 15:30, člověk to zjistí až na místě, až potom, co váží cestu. Přístup doktorů super, nicméně nechápu, proč tuto informaci nenajde pacient taktéž na webu, člověk ztrácí čas zbytečně a musí chodit jindy, naštěstí už jinam. Po pár dnech kontrola a další vyšetření které jsem musela uhradit ačkoliv jsem plně pojištěna a hle ZELENÝ ZÁKAL to nebyl. Zbytečně sem si do oka lila bůh ví co. Už nikdy více !! H	Helena Vitovská on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arogantni přístup sester a ve finále po 6 letech docházení do Vysočan, rozzuříte personál, že jste se nechali operovat jinde než v HP, tak ať si jdete na kontrolu jinam. Prostě s vámi vyrazí dveře a dokumentaci vám laskavě vystaví za 200,-kč za měsíc. Jejich věčné bouchání dveřmi a naštvanost, že jsou vůbec v práci, byla velice častým jevem při jakékoliv návštěvě. No a pak se diví, že jdete jinam. Ještě že ta možnost dnes je. Ale že mají proplaceny všechny zákroky od pojišťovny, včetně několika zaplacených brýlí, co mi tam dělali, je už nezajímá. Jeden velký HOROR při jednání a postupu pacienta po operaci.
