Sice jsem čekal asi 10 minut, ale jinak maximální spokojenost - paní doktorka příjemná, schopná, milá, mohu jen doporučit! a sestra to samé! Today with Dr. Vejvodová. Perfektní milý personál, veškeré úkony přesně na čas objednání. Problém vyřešen, mamá velmi spokojená jak s operací, tak s následnou péčí. Vřele doporučuji! We were dealing with cataracts in both eyes of my senior mother. On the recommendation, we chose the Prague Eye Center and the choice was great. Perfect kind staff, all tasks exactly on time of ordering. The problem is solved, my mother is very satisfied with both the operation and the aftercare. I warmly recommend!
J	Jana Pulcova on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vybrala jsem si toto oční centrum na internetu,protože jsem si musela ihned sehnat kliniku kvůli potížím se zrakem.První velké překvapení bylo jak brzy se mi ozvali a po té objednali na vyšetření,po mé písemné objednávce na jejich stránkách.Na vyšetření jsem přijela značně nervózní,ale brzy jsem se uklidnila.Vše tam šlo jak "na drátkách",jako skvěle namazaný stroj a přitom sestřičky,paní doktorka,recepční,no prostě všichni profesionální,ale přitom velice milí lidé.Musím poděkovat za skvělou práci.A pro mne to dopadlo dobře. Už se těším až půjdu za rok na kontrolu. I chose this eye center on the Internet because I had to get a clinic immediately due to vision problems. Everything went there "on wires", like a well-oiled machine and at the same time nurses, doctor, receptionist, but just all professional, but very nice people. I have to thank you for a great job. And for me it turned out well. I'm already looking forward to checking in in a year.
A	Aneta Dobiášová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se službami v Očním centru Praha jsem byla nadmíru spokojená. Prošla jsem (naštěstí) pouze vstupní prohlídkou, ale vše proběhlo rychle, v objednaném čase. Personál velmi milý, už na recepci příjemné přivítání, sestry i lékařka přistupují ke klientovi velmi empaticky, vše vysvětlí. Děkuji. I was extremely satisfied with the services at the Prague Eye Center. I (fortunately) only went through the entrance inspection, but everything went quickly, at the ordered time. The staff is very nice, the reception is already a pleasant welcome, the nurses and the doctor approach the client very empathetically, they will explain everything. Thank you.
D	Daniel Cícha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jako dost jim to tam šlape. Byl jsem objednaný na úvodní prohlídku 11:15, byl jsem tam cca 30 minut a odcházel jsem v 11:17. A to není překlep :-) Překvapilo mě, že i když jsem přišel půl hodiny předem, tak jsem okamžitě šel z jednoho místa na druhý s maximálně minutovou přestávkou. Jako poslední v řadě to shrnula MUDr. Hegedušová - velmi profesionální a příjemný prozákaznický přístup. Trochu problém recepce, ale najít příjemnou recepční v dnešní době je všeobecný problém, kvůli tomu nestojí za to strhnout ani hvězdičku, ta arogance se dá tu minutu přežít. J	Jan Cestr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pro výběr operace zákalu jsme si vybrali toto centrum, ačkoli bylo z ruky, především kvůli zdejším recenzím Oceňuji ochotu při hledání společného termínu zákroků a, co jsem slyšel od prarodiče, i skvělý a bezbolestný přístup při operaci. A v neposlední řadě za zprávu/hovor s připomínkou návštěvy. Operace druhého oka probíhala dvě hodiny, přičemž téměř hodinu se zbytečně čekalo na židličce v předsálí. Hodnocení ubírám za recepci a jejímu přístupu, a to především ke starším ročníkům. Chápu, že občas to s nimi nemusí být nejjednodušší, ale zmatený je celý proces příjmu pacienta, kdy ani mladší člověk si není jist, kam/kdy a na jak dlouho si má sednout. Pokud si člověk staršího data není s něčím jist, recepční ihned ztrácí trpělivost. Další hvězda dolů za čekárnu, která je malá, tichá, na obrazovkách běží statický průzkumník souborů a uvítal bych i něco ke čtení. Na kávovar už bohužel také zřejmě místo nezbylo. Navíc je návštěvníkům připomínáno, že doprovod nemá z důvodu covidu čekat v čekárně, OK, ale potom bych tak nějak čekal automatické nabídnuti tel zavolání doprovodu po operaci. They were kind to me and discussed everything freely. I was really convinced, that they were actually trying to help me, rather than just prescribe medicaments and or glasses. Amazing experience, definitely never going anywhere else since.
