★ ★ ★ ★ ★ K panu doktorovi jsem se ani nedostala, díky arogantní a neschopné sestřičce. Jsem zvyklá čekat na doktora z důvodu plné čekárny, ale ne protože si sestřička není schopná zkontrolovat čekárnu (s objednanými dvěma pacienty) a místo toho si tam asi vevnitř pije kávu. Na dveřích je vzkaz "NEKLEPAT, sestra pravidelně vychází. Po 20 minutách pravidelného nevycházení jsme tedy zaklepali, načež jsem se dozvěděla, že mě vlastně má špatně zapsanou na původní termín, který jsem u ní telefonicky měnila a sama mi řekla, at dorazím v ten daný čas, kdy jsem tam byla! Byt jsem tam čekala už 45 minut, absolutně neměla snahu mě vzít, s tím že se musí držet sešitu a vzala pacienta, který přišel 15 min po mě. Se zjištěním, že jednám s totálním ignorantem, jsem to vzdala a odešla. Recenze nikdy nepíšu, ale tohle muselo ven :). Upřímně doufám, že si to paní sestřička přečte a zamyslí se nad svých chováním.
I didn't even get to see the doctor, thanks to my arrogant and incompetent nurse. I'm used to waiting for a doctor because of a full waiting room, but not because the nurse is unable to check the waiting room (with two patients ordered) and instead probably drinks coffee inside. There is a message on the door "DO NOT CLICK, the nurse comes out regularly. So after 20 minutes of regular absence we knocked, after which I learned that she actually had me incorrectly written on the original date, which I changed by phone and told me to arrive at the one. the time I was there! I had been waiting there for 45 minutes, she had absolutely no effort to take me, saying she had to stick to a notebook and took a patient who came 15 minutes after me. I never wrote a review, but this had to go out :) I sincerely hope that the nurse will read it and think about her behavior.
