★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na webu maji napsano, ze prijimaji nove pacienty. Telefon nikdo nezveda, tak jsem tam sla osobne. Po pul hodinovem cekani, kdy vyjde sestra mi rekli, ze me stejne nevezmou i kdyz je to akutni.
It is written on the website that they are accepting new patients. Nobody answers the phone, so I went there in person. After half an hour of waiting for the sister to come out, they told me that they would not take me anyway, even if it was acute.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nezvedají telefon. 3 dny jsem se je snažila zkontaktovat, než nakonec zareagovali na zprávu zanechanou na záznamníku. Poté mi byl nabídnut termín, ale až za měsíc. Na dotaz co mám tak dlouho dělat když mám bolesti, se mi dostalo odpovědi "máme dovolenou".
They don't pick up the phone. I tried to contact them for 3 days before they finally responded to the message left on the answering machine. Then I was offered an appointment, but not until a month later. When asked what to do for so long when I'm in pain, I got the answer "we have a holiday".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pan doktor Nencka je velmi pečlivý a svědomitý, sestřička naprosto super. Chodím k nim od roku 2014, kdy mě pan doktor operoval na základě nálezu při vyšetření.
Ano, telefony nezvedají, zřejmě proto mají hlasovou schránku, kdykoliv jsem nahrála vzkaz, vždy se mi ozvali zpět, tento přístup se mi líbí, mají tak víc čas na pacienta, který je ošetřován přímo v ordinaci; nejsou telefonní ústředna.
Dr. Nencka is very careful and conscientious, the nurse is absolutely great. I have been going to them since 2014, when the doctor operated on me based on the findings during the examination.
Yes, the phones do not answer, probably because they have a voicemail, whenever I recorded a message, they always called me back, I like this approach, so they have more time for the patient who is being treated directly in the surgery; are not a telephone exchange.
