One cannot blame them for throwing it everywhere like a hot potato. I understand that there are few medical staff, but no such people on the first communication with the sick!

Dr. Matoušková is nice and tried to help me. Otherwise, unfortunately, the level of organization and willingness of other staff is low. I would expect more at a private clinic. I came with temperature and pain, which I announced at the reception. I waited in the waiting room for almost 4 hours, most of the time standing up, because at least 10 gentlemen, who were around the age of 70, waited with me and I let them sit. The receptionist looked as though the patients were bothering her, she didn't. Unfortunately, the worse came the next day when my condition deteriorated and I needed a consultation. The nurse told me uncomfortably that "the doctor is already taking her coat off the hanger" and that I should call the emergency room. Later that day, when I was on call, I called again to ask for a medical report. But I was naive, because the doctor was gone and no one else could send a message arguing that "there is nothing to print".

Hello, I would like to draw your attention to the very poor and unprofessional services in this center. The waiting time for Dr. Michaela Matoušková was extended to more than 2 hours, despite the order, which is not acceptable for patients with urological problems. The ladies' behavior at the front desk was offensive or arrogant, despite the fact that they ignored the privacy of patients. Despite numerous visits and examinations, the origin of the health problems has not been identified. During each visit, I was shaken by local practices and I cannot understand how such poor quality services can exist today.

During my last visit for an examination last month at the Urocentrum medical facility, Karlovo náměstí, the following happened to me: - Peterk Kaplán cut me painfully - A 60-year-old, 170/60 skinny man started insulting me that I can't stand anything, "you can last less than a woman, don't yell, or they'll think I'm killing you here, so what if you started at the Ice Hockey World Championships under 20, woman will last longer " - On the way to work, I had traces of blood on my underwear and I deliberately didn't wash it and I took a picture of it all. - At the same time, they went to the surgery to watch me and P.K. speak 2-3 women, when I objected to the duty of privacy according to the patient code para.2, so they told me that as staff they can go where they want. - I was about to report a competing medical facility. -On the next visit for the results, where I waited unnecessarily 20 minutes before Michaela Matoušková told me that they were incomplete and the little old liar that he meant it in general. -Michaela Matoušková results from a competing medical facility. I asked her what I would get out of this when I informed the accused counterparty of the following not only legal procedure. She said nothing. So I told her not to be rude. She began to threaten me dangerously that she would call the Police: With a smile, I started filming it and said, "Give it, I'll be happy to wait." The liar left. At the last (unsuccessful) wait for the results, the door of the right surgery was open, a gentleman went inside and I heard his diagnosis, take off his pants and the like. Great!

Terrible experience. The receptionist spends 20 minutes with her colleagues or makes a private phone call. If you want to go back to the times of communism, where the patient / client is waiting, then you are right. Otherwise, there is another urology in the yard, where I reordered.

The doctors are helpful and I had a sense of quality examination. But it is clear that the surgery aims to examine as many patients as possible at the expense of each individual's time. Two patients are always in the office at the same time, so as not to waste time. It works, but one feels under time pressure and, in retrospect, that one has not said everything that was needed. Even doctors make them very austere and matter-of-fact. I see the biggest problem with the nurses. They are reworked, ie. Annoying, reluctant, they usually don't pick up the phone. You really can't call here, they don't update any change on the web. Ordering times are approximate, you usually get an hour and a half after your deadline. If you have a more complicated problem, I recommend going somewhere else, because they don't get along very well here. I repeat, I don't think it's human, but a crowded system. Dominik Migač
