Na operáciu (neosmile 3D) som sa bála ísť, ale mala som pozitívne skúsenosti z rodiny, takže som sa odhodlala. Urobila som dobre. Mala som dioptrie5.5 a astigmatizmus 1-2 dioptrii, takže neuveriteľná zmena. Po 20 rokoch z mojich 25 som konečne videla ostro. Mám 2 dni po operácii a ani neviem, že som tam bola. Počas operácie je potrebné spolupracovať, to je najväčsǐa výzva. Ale pani docentka mi všetko vysvetlila a viedla ma pri zákroku. Môžem len doporučiť a ďakovať. Zmeňte si život. So maximally satisfied. The approach of the staff at the clinic is professional and friendly. I was afraid to go to surgery (not late 3D), but I had a positive family experience, so I decided. I did well. I had diopters 5.5 and astigmatism 1-2 diopters, so an incredible change. After 20 years out of my 25, I finally saw it sharply. I have 2 days after the operation and I don't even know I was there. It is necessary to cooperate during the operation, which is the biggest challenge. But the associate professor explained everything to me and led me during the operation. I can only recommend and thank you. Change your life.

Všem příbuzným a známým osobně doporučuji, při potížích s očima, návštěvu vaší kliniky. I am very satisfied with both the preparation and the cataract surgery. I am grateful to the entire NeoVize staff and especially to Dr. Mašková. I personally recommend a visit to your clinic to all relatives and acquaintances in case of eye problems.

Bohužel ani přes dlouhé a opakované vysvětlování nebyli schopní pochopit a zaznamenat do systému, že se jedná o darovaný zákrok a všechny záležitosti, které se týkaly placení a organizace mají řešit se mnou. Obdarovaná tak svůj dar musela doplácet ze svého na místě. Faux pas. Kromě toho minimálně 3x telefonovali s žádostí, či informací, o přesunu termínu. 2 hvězdy za to, že mají docela milé paní na telefonu, ale co z toho, když se neumí interně zorganizovat. Ad vyjádření vlastníka: K dohodě, že někoho přivezu osobně a zaplatím nikdy nedošlo ani nemohlo dojít, neboť bydlím na druhé straně republiky. Tak si prosím přestaňte vymýšlet. Snižuji na 1 hvězdu za nesmysly. Mnohokrát volat kvůli změně termínu problém není, ale zavolat a domluvit se ohledně platby to už problém je. Špatné řešení situace ze strany kliniky. Dissatisfaction with communication and (non) organization in general. Unfortunately, despite long and repeated explanations, they were not able to understand and record in the system that this was a donated procedure and that all matters concerning payment and the organization had to deal with me. The recipient thus had to pay for her gift on the spot. Gaffe. In addition, they called at least 3 times with a request, or information, about the rescheduling. 2 stars for having a pretty nice lady on the phone, but what if she can't organize internally. Ad statement of the owner: The agreement that I will bring someone in person and pay will never have happened or could not have occurred, because I live on the other side of the republic. So please stop thinking. I'm down to 1 star for nonsense. Calling many times due to a change of deadline is not a problem, but calling and agreeing on payment is no longer a problem. Wrong solution of the situation on the part of the clinic.

Operation was little painful (but fast recovery ... after 2 days OK). Aftercare was OK ... no other complications Operation result 0 and 0,5 diopter (originally 1,5 and 1,75 diopter ... input measurements 1,5 and 1,5) Reason wrong input measurement. My feedback ... improve preparation and measurements.

I am not sure if it was my luck or general attitude of the doctor, but I felt quite uncomfortable during the check since he has been very aggressive. I sent an email after that, nobody cared about having such experience and yet I did not receive a satisfied reply regarding my questions. Facility is good comparing many places in CZ, however the experience matters!
M	Mat Nope on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in for corrective eye surgery. The doctors and supporting staff were very helpful, informative and patient with the questions I had. When it came to choosing a treatment the doctor was not not pushy - she provided everything I needed to make an informed decision on my own. The treatment was not rushed, professional, and the result is excellent.
