Už druhý den mi bolí ruka a mám modřinu, což nikdy předtím nebylo… před týdnem jsem měla stejný odběr v jiné laboratoři a vše bylo v pořádku. Clean and nice environment, but the nurses were not very pleasant and especially that the blood collection itself was the worst in my life. The next day my hand hurts and I have a bruise, which has never been the case before - a week ago I had the same collection in another laboratory and everything was fine.
K	Karolína Kaufmann on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nevím, jak místo vypadalo předtím, ale po rekonstrukci je moc pěkné. Čekárna je opravdu prostorná. Byla jsem zde na testech na těhotenskou cukrovku a v jednu chvíli se mi udělalo celkem dost špatně, ale paní/slečna co prováděla odběry byla moc vstřicná, pozorná, milá a empatická. Špičkově se o mě v tu chvíli postarala a udělala mi ten největší komfort, jaký mohla a ani jednu chvíli jsem necítila, že ji obtěžuji a přidělávám práci, ač tomu tak s plnou čekárnou bylo. Tímto jí ještě jednou děkuji, jsem jí za tu starostlivost opravdu vděčná, jak mi v tu chvíli pomohla. Personál byl jinak vstřícný i na všechny ostatní pacienty, což bylo hezké pozorovat. Člověk se tam hned cítil hezky. I don't know what the place looked like before, but after the reconstruction it's very nice. The waiting room is really spacious. I was here to test for diabetes and at one point I felt pretty bad, but the lady who took the samples was very helpful, attentive, kind and empathetic. She took great care of me at that moment and made me the most comfortable she could, and I didn't feel that I was bothering her and assigning work for a single moment, even though it was the same with a full waiting room. Thanks to her once again, I am really grateful for her care for helping me at that moment. The staff was otherwise accommodating to all other patients, which was nice to watch. One immediately felt nice there.

The nurse who took the blood was very washable and pleasant, but the lady who was arrogant and unpleasant at the window, otherwise it is a nice place as everywhere at euc collection points.
