★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Od 7:00 tu čekám a je 7:20, pani má dost času si šla odnést nějaký pytel a přinesla jiný... mezi tím se nic nestalo.
Snad tam někdo za dveřmi pracuje ?jinak stále nic....
I've been waiting here since 7:00 and it's 7:20, the lady has plenty of time to go take some bag and bring another ... nothing happened in the meantime.
Maybe someone is working there outside the door - otherwise nothing else ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prázdná čekárna, 30 minut čekání a nikdo z ordinace nezjistoval, jestli někdo přišel. Pak prisel pán jen pro výsledky, takže zaklepal. Po třetím zaklepani vykoukl pracovník a výsledky panovi predal. Po mně chtěl karticku pojištěnce i když jsem samoplatce. Šla jsem pro ni zpět domů a v ordinaci pul hodiny pred koncem ordinační doby zase nikdo a nikdo ani po zaklepani neotevrel. Šla jsem na pobocku Kostelní 9, tam vše perfektní, čisté, rychlé a vstřícné chování. Kartičku pojištěnce nechtěli, pouze občanku. Takže na Vysočanskou radši nechoďte.
An empty waiting room, 30 minutes of waiting, and no one in the office found out if anyone had come. Then the gentleman came just for the results, so he knocked. After the third knock, the worker peeked out and sold the results to the master. He wanted an insurance card for me, even though I was self-paying. I went back home for her and no one in the surgery half an hour before the end of the surgery time and no one opened it even after knocking. I went to the Kostelní 9 branch, where everything was perfect, clean, fast and helpful. They did not want the insured's card, only the citizen. So you better not go to Vysočanská.
