Po odběru, když už jsme odjížděli, nám něco potřebovala vyřídit, přiběhla k našemu autu, mluvila na mne, řidičku sedící za volantem, přes otevřené okno, bez roušky a bez dvoumetrového odstupu. 2. Na uvedené telefonní číslo jsme vyzkoušeli zavolat nejméně 25krát v různých časech, ale ani jednou jsme se tam nedovolali. 3. Zapomněli nám vydat daňový doklad, proto jsem pro něho na odběrové místo opět zajela a požádala jsem o jeho vydání. 4. Moje rezervace údajně nebyla do systému zanesena, i když jsem potvrzení v pořádku obdržela. Celé vyřízení trvalo déle. Za námi vznikla fronta, která před naším příjezdem nebyla. Je to škoda. Jinak to vše v pořádku proběhlo, ale je potřeba určitá náprava. Nerada tento příspěvek píši. Ale ani na můj e-mail firma GenDetective neodpovídá, rozhodla jsem se ho napsat. Personál na odběrovém místě se má chovat vzorně, má si na své zdraví dát pozor, a tak zároveň chránit své klienty. We passed the tests in Zličín. 1. The lady from GenDetective does not wear a veil. My reservation was allegedly not entered into the system, although I received the confirmation in order. The whole settlement took longer. A queue was formed behind us, which was not before our arrival. It's a shame. Otherwise, it all went well, but some correction is needed. I don't like to write this post. But GenDetective doesn't respond to my e-mail either, I decided to write it. The staff at the collection point should behave in an exemplary manner, take care of their health and thus protect their clients at the same time.
