A	A Person on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Було нормальне відділення, зараз стало дуже поганим Понабирали нових працівників, які не є професіоналами своєї справи і не знають відповісти на елементарні питання На цьому відділенні - тільки чоловіки нормальні - можуть допомогти вирішити проблемні питання Порада, якщо хочете дізнатися якусь інформацію - дзвоніть на кол центр Номер телефону є на фотографії Не витрачайте час задарма There was a normal department, now it has become very bad We recruited new employees who are not professionals in their field and do not know how to answer basic questions In this department - only normal men - can help solve problems Tip, if you want to know some information - call the call center The phone number is in the photo Don't waste time

First In second room just pick a number and watch monitor. second Postal office is on Vysočanská where you can by KOLEK. Be aware there is lot of information for people but you have to distinguishe between EU and non EU. Just study instruction before you go there , nobody will provide additional information to you on place. The officer just doing his job according law, he cam help only when you have complete set of documentation and right KOLEK.

When you're changing your expired permanent residence card: book a time 2 month before, come and then wait 3 more month to make a photograph. And 1 more month to receive a card. You don't have any document and can't travel meanwhile. Pay 2500 CZK for the service. Don't forget that the place is hidden in the middle of the construction site with no pedestrian lane and you can't officially get there by car.
S	Sherif Sabry on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I want to seize the chance to thank the most helpful, professional and positive person I delt with in CZ , her name is Ms.Magdalena Hounslow, I had often bad experience there and the last visit I was expecting the same but luckily she served me at the best any foreigner would wish with easy, patient and human experience IN ENGLISH! Thanks to Ms.Magdalena and I wish if they can clone her in each governmental institution in CZ I believe foreigner's life would be very easy and productive.

The man who submitted my application he was very nice. I don't speak Czech fluently but he was very kind to speak with me in English patiently. He provided me all information what I asked to him. I left the MOI office with a nice feeling, not under pressure/ stressed as I used to before.
