Porad pise me, ze jsem nedolozil to a ono a po nekolika emailech mi napsali, ze je nejasne, co vlastne po nich chci. Nekolikrat jsem dal Vodafonu pozadavek na odstoupeni od smlouvy za neplneni povinnosti z ni vyplivajicich. Dokonce mam jedno i podepsane zamestnancem Vodafone prodejny. Ale pro CTU je to porad malo. Vodafone mi dale uctuje za sluzbu, ktera uz temer 3 mesice ma byt deaktivovana - internet na doma. A co vic, uctuje dvojnasobek castky, ktera plyne z puvodni smlouvy. Pripad pro cerne ovce. Hlavne v kontextu s neaktivitou CTU - uradu, ktery je tu pro nasi ochranu. Like many state institutions, CTU is nothing. She can't help clearing Vodafone. It tells me that I didn't get it and that and after a few emails they wrote to me that it was unclear what I wanted them to do. Several times I have given Vodafone a request to rescind the contract for not fulfilling the obligation to spit it out. I even have one and a signed Vodafone store employee.
