Když jsem ji požádala o udelani obycejneho caffe latte, tak začala házet věcmi a vše dělat moc rychle aby zase měla klid a nemusela obsluhovat. Káva chutnala jako obyčejné espresso bez mléka a bylo nalito jen do půl papírového kelímku na stredni latte. Příště si dám kávu někde jinde !!! Don't come here! When I asked her to make an ordinary caffe latte, she started throwing things and doing everything too quickly to keep calm and not have to operate. The coffee tasted like an ordinary espresso without milk and was poured into only a half-cup on a medium latte. Next time I'll have coffee somewhere else !!!

Prodavačka z lízátkem v puse mi velice neochotně podala pití a já slušně upozornila, že chci něco jiného. Paní prodavač se naštvala a měla jsem pocit, že dostanu pár facek. Samozřejmě lízátko ani na vteřinu nevinda la z úst. Pokud chcete dostat pár facek prodejnu doporučuji. Pokud ne běžte jinam. Zuzana Today, September 9, I was in the Vysočany store and made an order. Výrobky jsou vždy čerstvé, ale bohužel i dražší. Co naděláte....... nic. Pak dostanu housky s koblihama v jednom pytliku. Nevadi... Dnes prijdu opet a sice to dostanu zvlast, ale mam koblihu bez posypani a pro jistotu bez marmelady. The two ladies behind the counter were making coffee together, but it's completely cool in the morning. Then I get buns with donuts in one bag. Does not matter... Objednávala jsem si bagetu a i když jsem to musela prodavačce několikrát zopakovat, stejně jsem nakonec dostala croissant. Very difficult agreement with the staff. Ok for picking up a bread roll or two if you are running late and have no other option,. but no other reason to come here. The staff are usually functional but rarely pleasant. Ječmínek is a chain ten years out of date.
