Dala mi novy a kdyz jsem poposla, tak jsem byla svedkem toho jak ho hned dala zpet na gril ( jen tak ze zeme, ani ho neoplachla ). V zivote si tam uz nic nekoupim! This morning I bought a hot dog in the bakery. While preparing Ms. Parek fell to the ground. She gave me a new one, and when I sent, I witnessed her being put back on the grill immediately (just from the ground, she didn't even rinse it). I will never buy anything there in my life!

Nevnímal nic jiného než to, aby někomu odepisoval. Ani po upozornění, že tam stojím nehnul ani prstem natož aby zvedl hlavu od telefonu. Tady už si nikdy nic nedam. Právě naopak. Prodavačka byla velmi neochotná a otrávená k jakékoliv komunikaci a ZÁKLADNÍ proaktivitě vůči zákazníkovi. M	Máca M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ V pekařství nakupuji každý den a velice ráda. Chodím ráno i večer.Prodavačky jsou vždy ochotné a usměvavé . Vždy jsem dostala čerstvé zboží. Jsem opravdu spokojena. I shop at the bakery every day and I love it. I go in the morning and in the evening. The saleswomen are always helpful and smiling. I always got fresh goods. I'm really happy.

V kanceláři jsem zjistila při prvním kousnutí, že není čerstvá, nejdřív jsem se na to chtěla vykašlat, ale pak jsem zjistila, že je uvnitř plíseň, takže jsem se vydala zpět z kanceláře na nádraží. Prodavačka řekla, že dovnitř nevidí, že výrobce prý uvádí 24 hodin trvanlivost a že se to peklo včera večer v osm hodin. Vrátila mi peníze a hodila to do koše a omluvila se. Čekala jsem víc empatie, ale prý s tím prodavačka nic nenadělá, ale péct ty rolky den předtím s tím, že pohoda, ráno je to jen 12 hodin od upečení???? Za 34 Kč chcete tvrdé těsto a uvnitř vysušený tuhý párek .. přitom čerstvě upečené jsou moc dobré. Ale je to chyba výrobce. Tak fajn. Nevadí, snědla jsem plesnivé tuhé pečivo, ale nic mě to nestálo, zcela zdarma, vždyť mi ty peníze vrátila. This morning at about 7:30 a Belgian roll with a sausage bought for 34 CZK in a bakery at the Libeň railway station. I found out in the office at the first bite that it wasn't fresh, at first I wanted to cough it up, but then I found out that there was mold inside, so I headed back from the office to the station. The saleswoman said that she could not see inside that the manufacturer was said to state 24 hours shelf life and that it was hell at eight o'clock last night. She returned my money and threw it in the trash and apologized. I was expecting more empathy, but she said the saleswoman wouldn't do anything about it, but bake those rolls the day before with the cool, it's only 12 hours since baking ???? For 34 CZK you want a hard dough and a dried sausage inside .. while freshly baked they are very good. But it's the manufacturer's fault. OK. Never mind, I ate moldy pastries, but it didn't cost me anything, completely free, because she returned the money to me.
