★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Velmi neprofesionální a špatné jednání se zákazníkem. Rezidence Veselská mi nedodala dokumentaci skutečného provedení k bytu a nebyla to ochotná nikdy napravit. Jednal jsem s vedením společnosti a všichni se mi vysmívali a byli ke mně arogantní. Dále špatně naistalovali topení, přičemž došlo k vytopení bytu a garáží. Ani za 3 měsíce nejsou schopni problém vyřešit a uvést byt do původního stavu. Reklamační oddělení je ke mně arogantní, neváží si mě, jako zákazníka. Ani po zaslané fotodokumentace neberou věc vážně. Jedinou výmluvu pro své jednání, kterou používají = nemají lidi a pracovníci z Ukrajiny jsou údajně na dovolené. Tristní po všech stránkách. I přes urgence a upozornění možné soudního sporu nejsou schopni se omluvit a řešit tyto záležitosti, jako férový dodavatel služeb. Jednání a ani dodané služby neodpovídají ceně, kterou si za své služby účtují.
Very unprofessional and bad dealings with the customer. Rezidence Veselská did not provide me with documentation of the actual design of the apartment and was never willing to fix it. I negotiated with the company's management and everyone made fun of me and were arrogant towards me. They also installed the heater incorrectly, heating the apartment and garages. Even in 3 months, they are not able to solve the problem and restore the apartment to its original condition. The complaints department is arrogant towards me, they do not respect me as a customer. Even after the photo documentation has been sent, they do not take the matter seriously. The only excuse for their actions they use = they do not have people and workers from Ukraine are allegedly on vacation. Sad in all aspects. Despite the urgency and warning of possible litigation, they are unable to apologize and resolve these matters as a fair service provider. Negotiations and delivered services do not correspond to the price they charge for their services.
