Nice quiet place. Train, metro and highway within easy reach. Next door is a forest park. Bicycle path. The Elbe and Kokořínsko areas are also available by bike.

Na severu Prahy, v trojúhelníku vymezeném konečnou stanicí metra, nákupním centrem a lesoparkem, vzniká ojedinělá výstavba 114 rodinných domů. Pro všechny co chtějí žít v Praze, u metra, ale v zeleni.
V současnosti máme všechny domy z první a druhé etapy vyprodané. Třetí etapu budeme dávat do prodeje na podzim 2019.
V současnosti probíhá výstavba 3 bytových domů. V každém domě bude 17 bytů. Tyto byty budou pouze na pronájem. Domy 1 a 2 budou dokončeny v září 2019 a dům 3 v únoru 2020.

In the north of Prague, in the triangle delimited by the final metro station, shopping center and forest park, a unique construction of 114 family houses is underway. For everyone who wants to live in Prague, by the metro, but in the countryside.
At present, we have all the houses from the first and second stages sold out. We will put the third stage on sale in the autumn of 2019.
Currently, the construction of 3 apartment buildings is underway. There will be 17 apartments in each house. These apartments will only be for rent. Houses 1 and 2 will be completed in September 2019 and house 3 in February 2020.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Myslím si, že je to pekné zastavané miesto, kde sa naozaj býva kľudne a spokojne. Je to mlade rozrástajúce sa sídlisko plné mladých rodín s deťmi.
