★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolútna neprofesionalita a arogancia. Dovolať sa problém. Pani na telefóne pri mojom príchode skôr som ju otravoval. Doklady v poriadku ale aj tak pošle doklad poštou aj keď ho vytiskla predomnou. Myslel som si ze úradníci ktorých platím zo svojich daní sú tam pre ľudí ale na Matrike v Ústí sú tam ľudia pre nich. Dúfam že nikdy nebudem potrebovať žiadny doklad z tohto mesta.
Absolute unprofessionalism and arrogance. Invoke the problem. Lady on the phone when I arrived, I used to annoy her. Documents in order, however, will still send the document by post, even if it is printed in advance. I thought the officials I pay from my taxes are there for people, but there are people for them at the Registry Office in Ústí. I hope I never need any proof from this city.
