Horror of terror instead of working there so you better play on the phone no toilets queue that you will be there waiting 2-3 hours horror

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Záleží na koho narazíte.. A kdy tam jdete a kam.. Někde je milion lidi takze budete cekat hodiny. Některé paní jsou hodne a ochotné ale jiné ne.
It depends on who you come across .. And when you go there and where .. There are a million people somewhere so you will wait for hours. Some ladies are very and helpful but others are not.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No, nevím kdo rád chodí na úřady. Jestli 2 hodiny čekání přijde dobrý. Prostě strašný. Úřednice byla přístupná a milá.
Well, I don't know who likes to go to the authorities. If 2 hours of waiting comes good. Just awful. The clerk was approachable and kind.
