★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neuznání reklamace z důvodu chybně zvolené velikosti. Já si koupím obuv akorát a nechci nadměrek. Reklamaci zamítají rovnou, bez odesílání k výrobci. Já si kupoval boty v kamenné prodejně z důvodu lepšího po prodejního servisu! Ten žádný není.
Shrnutí: nechci nakupovat drahé značkové boty bez možnosti reklamace, jsem velice zklamaný, že boty za 2000,- mám na měsíc nošení.
Nikdy zde již nenakoupím!
Failure to recognize a claim due to incorrectly selected size. I just buy shoes and I don't want excess. They reject the claim directly, without sending it to the manufacturer. I was buying shoes in a stone shop for better after sales service! There is none.
Summary: I do not want to buy expensive branded shoes without complaints, I am very disappointed that the shoes for 2000, - I have a month to wear.
I will never buy here again!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Již opakovaně nejen v prodejně v Brně zamítnutá reklamace ohání se tím, že jde o módní obuv! Mela jsem boty chvíli 3x na sobě a z toho převážně v autě a reklamace zamítnuta. Budu řešit s obchodní inspekcí a bylo to naposledy co jsem si zde koupila boty. Dávejte si na to lidé pozor, dáte jim peníze a když je problém vyšší to "módní obuv".
Repeatedly, not only in the store in Brno, the rejected complaint boasts that it is fashionable shoes! I wore my shoes 3 times for a while and most of them in the car and the complaint was rejected. I will deal with the trade inspection and that was the last time I bought shoes here. Pay attention to people, you give them money and when the problem is higher it "fashion shoes".
