Vždy když tam přijdu , tak jsou na provozovně 3 prodavačky a i když tam zrovna nejsou zákazníci a jsem v obchodě sama, tak všechny tři prodavačky koukají do počítače a baví se mezi sebou. Zákazník je vůbec nezajímá. I cenovky mají špatně dané. Nechápu , jak tak můžou fungovat. Je to OSTUDA
Catastrophe. Whenever I get there, there are 3 salespeople at the shop, and even if there are no customers and I'm in the store myself, all three salespeople are looking at the computer and having fun with each other. The customer is not interested in them at all. Even price tags are badly given. I don't understand how they can work. It is a shame

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S obchodem, jako takovým, jsem spokojený. Ovšem ta obsluha. Konkrétně mladší blond slečna, extrémně neochotná a ještě si dovoluji jí obtěžovat tím, že po ní něco v obchodě chci.
Celkově mám obchod rád, jen si teda asi budu dávat záležet na tom, kým se nechám obsloužit....
I am satisfied with the business as such. But the staff. Specifically, a younger blonde girl, extremely reluctant, and I still dare to bother her by wanting something from her in the store.
Overall, I like the store, so I'll probably just care about who I serve ....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor customer service. Both ladies were standing at the cashiers not paying attention to customer needs. My mum was buying Birkenstock and they practilly threw shoes on her to try on without adjusting them. We were the only one here. The selection is OK, but customer service very poor.
