★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Obsluha milá a vše v pořádku musím doporučit míchačku hroznové víno-liči jestli ale nejste na sladké nedoporučuji.
The staff is nice and everything is fine, I have to recommend the grape-lychee blender, but if you are not sweet I do not recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mlečný nápoj ,chuť jako čistá voda jediné proč se to dalo vypít byli kuličky...naposledy ...nepříjemná neochotná obsluha která se chová jako by ji obtěžovalo dělat svou práci:)
Milk drink, taste like pure water, the only reason you could drink it were balls ... the last time ... an unpleasant reluctant staff who acts as if it bothers her to do her job :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S čajem jako takovým problém nemám, je sice trochu předražený a přeslazený ale ráda si na něj i přes vysoké ceny zajdu. Ovšem když je obsluha absolutně neschopná a neochotná tak už s tím menší problém bude. Objednala jsem si 3 čaje a platila 355, když jsem platila kartou neřekla mi cenu a rovnou si vzala účtenku kterou mi nevrátila. Když jsem se vracela s úsměvem že se paní asi spletla ze tolik platit nemůžu řekla mi ze když nemám účtenku nic mi nedá. Ještě na mě řvala ze mám drzost po ni chtít peníze. Doporučovala bych vyměnit personál a chtít účtenku.
I don't have a problem with tea as such, although it is a bit overpriced and oversweetened, but I like to go for it despite the high prices. However, if the operator is absolutely incompetent and reluctant, there will be less of a problem with it. I ordered 3 teas and paid 355, when I paid by card she didn't tell me the price and she immediately took a receipt which she didn't return. When I came back with a smile that the lady was probably wrong about paying so much, I can't tell me that if I don't have a receipt, she won't give me anything. She was still yelling at me for having the audacity to want money for her. I would recommend replacing staff and wanting a receipt.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes návštěva s dcerou, bohužel jim nešel platební terminál. Šla jsem tedy vybrat hotovost. Když dcera čekala rovnou řekla, že by si přála jahodový. Bylo jí odpovězeno ,,ne ještě nám s tím zdrhneš,, předemnou ale andílci. Neřešila jsem , jelikož mě prosila ať neřeším.
Today visit with daughter, unfortunately they did not go to the payment terminal. So I went to withdraw cash. When her daughter waited straight, she said she would like a strawberry. She was told, "You won't let us down," but the angels. I didn't solve because she begged me not to solve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kupujeme stejný čaj, příchuť i topingy a pokaždé chutná jinak. Bohužel je čím dál tím hnusnejsi a dnes jsem měla pocit že jsem se napila čistého sirupu. Dvě hvězdy jen proto, že paní byl ochotná a čaj mi vyměnila. Za tu cenu by ovšem čaj měl být mnohem kvalitnější a měl by chutnat vždy stejně
We buy the same tea, flavor and toppings and it always tastes different. Unfortunately, it is getting more and more disgusting and today I felt like I was drinking pure syrup. Two stars just because the lady was willing and exchanged tea for me. At that price, however, the tea should be of much better quality and should always taste the same
