Rozhodně nedoporučuji.
 Very bad experience with RK, specifically the branch in Brno.
Definitely not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuhle realitní kancelář rozhodně NEDOPORUČUJI, měli jsme s přítelkyní vážný zájem o byt, který byl ve výstavbě a měl se dokončovat cca půl roku před podepsáním smlouvy o koupě bytu. Byli jsme se podívat do komplexu kde, už se práce blížily do konce, vybrali jsme si byt a po té jsme byli pozvání na konzultaci ohledně hypotéky. Řekli jsme, že se nám byt velmi líbí a máme o něj zájem. Paní Hégrová co to měla nastarost nám mazala celou dobu med kolem pusy jen... říkala jak nám zařídí hypotéku a půjde vše bez problému... Po té co jsme se ji zeptali jestli nemáme něco podepsat, aby nám ten byt někdo nevyfoukl tak nám jasně řekla " Stačí nám ustní závazek mezi námi, věříme si přeci". S úsměvem na tváři jsme šli domu s tím, že nám za nějaký čas paní Hegrová zavolá, že jaká banka nám schválila hypotéku. Uplynum 1 měsíc a musel jsem zavolat já sám a zeptat se jak to probíhá, samozřejmě mě paní pořád jen ujišťovala, že je vše v pořádku, ale jen, že má jejich bankéř zdravotní problémy, tak proto ty komplikace. po dalších dvou týdnech ji volám jak to vypadá a ona, že sse musí přiznat, že jejich bankéř šel na transplantaci ledvin a jak dojde z nemocnice určitě to vyřeší... po dalších asi 3 týdnech ji volám znovu co se teda děje a jak na tom jsme, že začínáme mít obavy o byt, který nám slíbila jen ústně... ona nás ujistila, že o nás ví a bankéř to začne řešit hned a NAVÝŠENÍ ceny nemovitosti se nás nebude týkat... po asi týdnu nám volal pan z realitky, že se velmi omlouvá, ale developer prý chce zvýšit cenu bytů a týká se to i nás... vyšlo to na cca 350.000kč.
Rozhodně nedoporučuji, neprofesionální přístup, neřeknou Vám nic narovinu, dělají z Vás jen blbce, kdyby jsme na ten byt měli spoléhat tak bydlíme leda tak na ulici s touhle realitkou...
I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND this real estate agency, my girlfriend and I were seriously interested in an apartment that was under construction and was to be completed about half a year before signing the apartment purchase agreement. We went to see the complex where, the work was nearing completion, we chose an apartment and then we were invited to a consultation about the mortgage. We said that we really like the apartment and we are interested in it. Mrs. Hégrová, who was in charge of it, lubricated the honey around our mouths all the time ... she told her how she would arrange a mortgage for us and everything would go smoothly ... After we asked her if we should sign something so that someone wouldn't blow the apartment for us. she said clearly "All we need is an oral commitment between us, we believe." With a smile on our face, we went home, saying that in a while Mrs. Hegr would call us which bank had approved our mortgage. Uplynum 1 month and I had to call myself and ask how it goes, of course the lady still just assured me that everything was fine, but only that their banker has health problems, so that's the complications. after another two weeks I call her what it looks like and she has to admit that their banker went for a kidney transplant and as he gets out of the hospital he will definitely solve it ... after another 3 weeks I call her again what is happening and how to that we are starting to worry about the apartment, which she promised us only orally ... she assured us that she knows about us and the banker will start dealing with it right away and INCREASE in the price of real estate will not affect us ... after about a week Mr. realtors that they are very sorry, but the developer allegedly wants to increase the price of apartments and this also applies to us ... it cost about 350,000 CZK.
I definitely do not recommend, unprofessional approach, they will not tell you anything straight, they only make you idiots, if we should rely on the apartment so we live only on the street with this real estate ...

děkujeme za Váš čas a vyjádření, ovšem došlo k pochybení - ani jeden ze zmíněných případů se naší pobočky na Vídeňské 63 netýká. Dle jmen jste jednali s jiným kolegy, kteří mají kanceláře jinde na Vídeňské.
