★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reagovali jsme e-mailem na inzerát. Žádná odpověď. Následně jsme volali, pán slíbil, že obratem posílá sms s informacemi. Opět nic. To svědčí o jejich přístupu a jsem ráda, že jsme si od nich nic nezařídili.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Včera jsem volal na inzerát ohledně pronájmu bytu v Cukrovarské vile ve Vyškově. Bylo mi přislíbeno, že se mi ještě ten den ozve realitní makléř - pan Vincze. Ten se ozval a tak jsme se domluvili na prohlídce, která se měla uskutečnit následující den (dnes) odpoledne.
Když v domluvený čas pan makléř nedorazil, zavolal jsem mu, abych zjistil proč. Ten mi řekl, že mi schůzku nepotvrdil, jelikož nedostal potvrzení od majitele.
Slušností by bylo o tom zájemce informovat a schůzku zrušit, což pan Vincze neudělal. Navíc dle online výpisu z katastru, je 100% vlastníkem dané vily paní Vinczeová Ivana. Makléř se tedy není schopný na prohlídce domluvit ani s někým z rodiny!?
Yesterday I called for an advert concerning the rent of an apartment in the Sugar Villa in Vyškov. I was promised that a real estate agent - Mr. Vincze - would call me that day. He spoke, so we arranged a visit to take place the following day (today) in the afternoon.
When the broker did not arrive at the appointed time, I called him to find out why. He told me he did not confirm the meeting because he did not receive confirmation from the owner.
Decency would inform the candidate and cancel the meeting, which Mr. Vincze did not. In addition, according to an online cadastre statement, Mrs. Vinczeová Ivana is the 100% owner of the villa. So the broker is not able to arrange a tour with someone from the family !?
