Real estate business is an everyday challenge for me, even though working with people is the most diverse thing there can be even though one of the most exacting. The job of a real estate agent is about empathizing with the clients and fulfilling all theirs needs. A satisfied client is the main reason why the job of a real estate agent makes me happy.

Aj keď sme sa museli rozhodnúť o kúpe nehnuteľnosti vzhľadom na zástup ďalších záujemcov naozaj rýchlo, pán Zemánek nás celým procesom previedol a od začiatku mal našu plnú dôveru. Bola to naša prvá skúsenosť s realitnou kanceláriou a sme nesmierne radi, že sa naše cesty spojili práve s pánom Zemánkom. Ešte raz ďakujeme.
 The cooperation with Mr. Zemánek was absolutely perfect and we would like to thank him in this way as well. Although we had to decide on the purchase of real estate due to the crowd of other interested parties really quickly, Mr. Zemánek guided us through the whole process and had our full confidence from the beginning. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ S realitní kanceláří PEGAS REAL a především pak s paní Mgr. Bočovou jsme byli při prodeji nemovitosti nadmíru spokojení, můžeme jedině doporučit. Paní Mgr. Bočová byla po celou dobu prodeje velmi milá, profesionální a vstřícná, na veškeré dotazy vždy pohotově, profesionálně a věcně reagovala. Co s ní bylo ujednáno, vždy nadstandardně splnila.
