The people there were very pleasant and helpful, they showed me many available choices and after a few days i was able to find one. As I didn't know Czech and the landlord did not know English the agent Jitka Dobrovolna was helping me to communicate. After 2 years i can say that i am very satisfied with the agent's services and i would definitely recommend it to anyone who is searching for a flat.

She helped me find an awesome place to live in no time and arranged everything that had to be done quickly. Later on when I arrived she explained me what I have to do and guided me with the equipment in the apartment. If you are looking for a place to live, Bravis for sure will take care of it.

She was amazing when she was requested with inquiries from her customer, which was me, and she was also professional with informing her clients about any flat she was giving a tour. Not only that, I was also greatly satisfied with the quality of flat that I'm living in now. I was more than satisfied with her service! And I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who feel a need for finding his/her private flat in Brno.

We searched everywhere and found our Apartment with Bravis. Mrs Valkova helped us move into the apartment over the weekend. We were new in Czech republic. She made the entire process very simple and transparent. We confirmed on Friday evening and on Monday we were in the apartment. Her communication was timely and transparent, even outside usual working hours, which made the moving process very smooth. Overall we're very happy with the way entire process went. I would highly recommend services of Bravis and Definitely Mrs Valkova. She'd been a great help.

I highlight his kindness, commitment and above all the level of professionalism to do everything necessary. I say this because I have not received the same level of professionalism from other brokers from other agencies. I do not speak the Czech language and she had the generosity to interact with me in English and translate the documentation in a bilingual way, which has greatly facilitated all the steps. Highly recommended!
