★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had very bad experience with this shop. I would not recommend it at all. We saw one bed in their shop, which we liked. That bed was cutted on the one side and a little bit dirty, but they told us that they will order one and we'll have it a few days later. We came one week later, took it. From the beginning was very strange, because it wasn't packed in the cardboards ( how we saw other furniture in their warehouse was), but it was folded only in the plastics. And guess what? When we unpacked it home, we saw that dirty, cutted bed on that exactly place, which was in the shop. We wrote a complaint to this company and they don't want to replace it or take it and give the money back. The reason was, because we picked it up with our car. DON'T RECOMMEND!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience, Okay.cz can not compete with other retailers in terms of customer experience. Definitely do not recommend, stay away from this business. My own experience: Ordered TV, paid for it, canceled the order as competitor was offering bigger screen for similiar money before the product was shipped. Okay.cz was not able to return the payment within 14 days period, as is legally required. Customer service line representative is not able to provide any relevant info and as of now, I still dont have the money back and I was essentially robbed.
