M	Magda Blaha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednávali jsme okno, které bylo skladem a jeho dodání bylo uvedeno do 4 týdnů. Pak bylo jeho dodání prodlouženo na 4-6 týdnů. Po 6 týdnech žádné info od firmy, sami jsme se museli pídit, co se tedy děje, načež jsme nejprve měli problém se dovolat (manžel volal 5x neúspěsně), pak nám byl slíben termín, který se zas o další týden natáhl. Pak jsme dostali info, že konečně budou okno doručovat, v pondělí v 7 ráno. Manžel na adresu jede tak, aby tam byl před sedmou a světe div se, okno už tam je! Žádný telefon (aby třeba dorazil dřív), ani čas dodání nebyl dodržen a předávali jej někomu, kdo vůbec nebyl zainteresován. V době mobilů mě tohle jednání vždycky nemile překvapí. Škoda. EDIT: po recenzi dostal manžel hned telefonát a snaží se věci ve firmě řešit, za což jim patří palec nahoru, za snahu zkvalitňovat služby. Díky! We ordered a window that was in stock and its delivery was scheduled within 4 weeks. Then its delivery was extended to 4-6 weeks. After 6 weeks, no info from the company, we had to ask ourselves what was going on, then we first had a problem calling (husband called 5 times unsuccessfully), then we were promised a date, which was extended by another week. Then we got the info that they will finally deliver the window, on Monday at 7 in the morning. The husband goes to the address so that he is there before seven and the world is amazed, the window is already there! No phone (to arrive earlier) or delivery time was adhered to and passed on to someone who was not interested at all. In the age of mobile phones, this action always surprises me unpleasantly. Damage. EDIT: after the review, the husband received a phone call and tried to solve things in the company, for which they deserve a thumbs up, for trying to improve services. Thanks!
