★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Potřebovala jsem vyměnit 1 okno a koupit 2 sítě proti hmyzu na okna. Pracovník přišel, změřil a pak se nedělo několik měsíců nic, nedovolala jsem se, na smsky nikdo neodpověděl. Až asi po 4 měsících pracovník napsal, že to nejde. Chápu, že se mu nevyplatí dělat 1 okno, ale přece to jde říci daleko dřív, případně hned při zaměření okna, že do toho nechtějí jít. Takže moje zkušenost je velice negativní.
I needed to replace 1 window and buy 2 insect screens for the windows. The worker came, measured and then nothing happened for several months, I did not call, no one answered the text message. Only after about 4 months did the worker write that it was not possible. I understand that it is not worth making 1 window, but it can be said much earlier, or right when the window is focused, that they do not want to go into it. So my experience is very negative.
