K	Karolína Bílková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nikomu nedoporučuju. Byly nejlevnější ze všech nabídek, co jsem si nechala vypracovat i s odstraněním původních oken, takže jsem neváhala. Na pobočce všechno v pořádku, horší byl už technik, který přijel na zaměření a asi svojí práci vůbec nerozumněl, když ani nepoznal, že sousedé mají nové venkovní parapety, díky tomu jsem si je nenechala ani vyrobit. Na montáž oken jsem si musela volat 3x až teprve byli schopni se mi ozvat a domluvit se mnou nějaký termín. Okna nebyla usazena na původní místo, ale dle jejich technika všechno ok. Nenamontovali mi na parapety překrytky, které jsem tedy nakonec odmítla a raději si na svoje náklady nechala udělat parapety nové. Aspoň vrátili za ty překrytky a neprovedenou montáž peníze. Ihned po namontování se okna začala šíleně rosit, ale bylo mi řečeno, že byt se uzavřel a zlepšil se to, až tam budu bydlet a budu pravidlně větrat. Zabydlela jsem se, pravidelně větrám a v zimě se okna tak rosí, že se na oknech vytváří plíseň a jsou od toho i mokré stěny. Na požadavek na reklamaci firma reagovala tak, že vyslala technika, který přisel, vrazil mi do ruky papír, kde již byla podobná reklamace z jejich strany neuznána, ať se prý můžu připravit na to, co mě čeká. Až potom se teda uráčil na okna podívat a hned mi vpálil, že v ložnici to je velkou vlhkostí v bytě. Samozřejmě s sebou neměl žádný vlhkoměr, takže asi je pán znalec, že to pozná jen tak od oka, cením! Okna seřídil a ještě se mě tupě zeptal, že asi budu chtít vypsat protokol, který ani neměl u sebe. Takže si asi myslel, že přijde, zamává mi papírem bude chvíli vyhrožovat a pojede zpátky a já si nechám doma v klidu dál plesnivět okna. 2 měsíce po jsem stále neměla žádné vyjádření k reklamaci a musela jsem se sama připomenout! Přišel mi email, že dle jejich reklamačního řadu je reklamace neoprávněná, protože se na rosení oken nevztahuje, jelikož je to způsobeno místními podmínkami. Které si tady nikdo nepřeměřil ? takže si nechám vypracovat znalecký posudek a dále to budu řešit s právníkem, za to jejich prasácký chování jim napíšu zkušenost všude, kde se dá. Aspoň mám ponaučení, ne vždy je to nejlevnější nejlepší, radši si připlaťte! Ikdyž to opravdu bude např. nadměrnou vlhkostí, nebudou se k Vám chovat jak prasata a všechno nejdřív pořádně otestují. Everything was fine at the branch, the technician was worse, he came to the focus and probably didn't understand his work at all, when he didn't even know that the neighbors had new outdoor window sills, thanks to that I didn't even have them made. I had to call 3 times to install the windows until they were able to contact me and make an appointment with me. The windows were not set in their original place, but according to their technique everything is ok. They did not mount overlays on my windowsills, which I eventually refused and preferred to have new windowsills made at my own expense. At least they returned the money for the overlays and the failed assembly. Immediately after installation, the windows began to grow madly, but I was told that the apartment closed and it improved when I lived there and ventilated regularly. I settled in, I ventilate it regularly, and in the winter the windows mist so much that mold forms on the windows and the walls are wet. The company responded to the request for a complaint by sending a technician who had arrived, thrusting a piece of paper into my hand, where a similar complaint had not been accepted by them, so that I could prepare for what awaited me. Only then did he decide to look at the windows and immediately burned it into me, that in the bedroom it was a lot of humidity in the apartment. Of course, he didn't have a hygrometer with him, so I guess the expert is that he knows it from the naked eye, I appreciate it! He adjusted the windows and asked me bluntly that I might want to write a report he didn't even have with him. So he probably thought he was coming, waving the paper, threatening me for a while and going back, and I'd keep the windows still moldy at home. 2 months after I still had no comment on the complaint and I had to remind myself! I received an email that according to their complaint line, the complaint is unjustified, because it does not apply to window dewing, as it is caused by local conditions. Which no one has re-measured here ? so I will have an expert opinion prepared and I will deal with it with a lawyer, for which I will write their pig behavior everywhere wherever possible. At least I have a lesson, it's not always the cheapest the best, you better pay extra! Even if it really is, for example, excessive humidity, they will not treat you like pigs and will first test everything properly.
