★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Katastrofa,přijeli s dvouhodinovým zpožděním,těžká pohoda,dělat se jim evidentně nechtělo.Při sundávání balkonových dveří z auta,druhou půlku nezajistil jejich třetí kolega,který někam zmizel a ta spadla na silnici a poškodila se,rám dveří,který sundali z auta potom byl poškozený také.Byli to skutečně"profíci".Takže se montáž nekonala.Měli nám měnit i žaluzie,za dvě hodiny stihli kromě tady té hrůzy vyměnit čtyři žaluzie!!!!Přijel totiž jejich kolega a oni se sebrali a šli si překládat okna na jiné akce.Nás prostě nechali čekat,nezájem.Den volna mě i manžela vniveč,zabalený celý barák,věci schované a všechno k ničemu.Další žaluzie už jsem jim montovat nedovolila,,dělali by to patrně do noci.

They were really "professionals". So the assembly did not take place. They were supposed to change the blinds for us, in two hours they managed to replace four blinds in addition to the horror !!!! for other events. They just kept us waiting, not interested. The day off me and my husband in vain, packed the whole house, things hidden and everything to no avail.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jsem nespkojený zákazník, zaměření a výběr oken proběhl na pobočce v pořádku. Na domluvený termín montáže přijeli kluci a okna namontovaly, ale dvě okna měly z jiného profilu, dvě okna poškrábané, jedno prasklé sklo, tudíš se muselo montovat na dvakrát. Na smluvený termín montáže žaluzií se nám nikdo ani neozval!
I am an unsatisfied customer, the focus and selection of windows at the branch was fine. The boys arrived on the agreed date of assembly and installed the windows, but they had two windows from a different profile, two windows scratched, one cracked glass, so they had to be installed twice. Nobody even contacted us on the agreed date of installation of the blinds!
