★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The biggest attraction of this place is outside - the status of a man hanging from a balcony that from time to time screams some swearing sentences in Czech.
Me and my friend went to the place on Sunday. The entrance was for free. All the ladies, including the one at the cash desk and the other ones at the floor, seemed to be very welcoming. The one at the cash desk spoke English, the rest of them not so much. I think they all wanted to help us and explain something about the exhibitions because we were constantly encountered by them, one gave us some flyers.
The museum has the observatory tower that can be accessed for free, but it's very small so you will be squeezed there with other quests. Another thing is the ventilation in the building. No AC in the building. It was unbearably hot particularly inside of the covered tower.
The exhibitions were interesting so I can definitely recommend the place, especially if you are into art. But it would be also interesting to just sit on the stairs of the church located in front of the museum and watch the hanging guy statue to move and to swear.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Central-European Art section is really well set, it is a great exhibition. We enjoyed the Jan Pamula part, too. The building is also nice in itself, and we liked the way the exhibitions were organized so that the structure of the building be valorized, too.
