Po arogantním telefonátu jsem se dozvěděl, že nejsou skladem, ikdyž při nákupu (i na druhý den) byly skladem. Bylo mi sděleno, že si mám počkat, ale prý můžou být až za 3 týdny. Jedním slovem katastrofa. I do not recommend this store. They did not arrive even after 5 days after the order was placed. After an arrogant phone call, I learned that they are not in stock, although they were in stock when I bought (even the next day). I was told to wait, but they said they could be up to 3 weeks old. In a word, disaster.

Zaplatila jsem 1500 kč za zboží, které jsem si nemohla vyzvednout a vůbec peníze nevrátili, nekomunikují, nereagují na emaily, nezvedají telefony, prostě nic!! Nic nikdo nekupujte, nebo o své peníze přijdete! Přečtěte si všechny možné recenze-Heureka, facebook atd.. Naletěla jsem, je tam nespočet stížností, že nevrací peníze a odmlčí se! Policie ČR konejte! Přeci není možný, aby takovým šmejdům takové okrádání procházelo a okrádali další lidi! V době nouzového stavu bych za to krátila prsty! Po pouze negativních komentářích se tu najednou roztrhl pytel s pochvalnými... kdopak je asi píše? They are cheaters !! Don't buy anything from them !!! And I write that emphatically !! Believe me! I paid 1500 CZK for goods that I could not pick up and did not return the money at all, do not communicate, do not respond to emails, do not pick up phones, just nothing !! Don't buy anything or you will lose your money! Read all possible reviews- Heureka, facebook, etc .. I came across, there are countless complaints that it does not return money and shut up! Police of the Czech Republic act! After all, it is not possible for such scumbags to go through such a robbery and rob other people! In times of emergency, I would cut my fingers for it! After only negative comments, a bag of praises suddenly tore here ... who is probably writing them?
H	Hanka Malíková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nedoporučuji. Objednala jsem respirátory, které byly uvedeny skladem. Po několika dnech bez informace jsem se emailem dotazovala kdy bude zboží odesláno. Bez reakce. Poslala jsem další email, kdy zboží pošlou a jestli nejsou schopni zboží dodat, že chci objednávku zrušit. Na to mi bez jakékoliv omluvy nebo vysvětlení přišel email, že objednávku zrušili. Po několika dalších emailech jsem se dozvěděla, že zboží nemají skladem a že jsem psala, že pokud mi to nejsou schopni dodat, tak chci zrušit objednávku! opravdu otřes! Peníze byly vráceny až po 23 dnech!! Několikrát jsem vrácení platby urgovala. Bylo mi jednou sděleno, že platba již byla odeslána. Na opakovanou žádost o zaslání potvrzení o vrácení platby nikdo nereagoval..... Zde už nikdy, nedoporučuji! I do not recommend. I ordered respirators that were listed in stock. No one responded to the repeated request for a confirmation of refund ..... Here again, I do not recommend!
R	Richard “Adzi” Maršál on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Objednal jsem ve středu 24.2. dopoledne, zvolil jsem vyzvednutí formou Zásilkovny a platbu bankovním převodem. Hned po přijetí potvrzení objednávky jsem udělal platbu (ta byla korektní), nicméně v emailu bylo červeně vyznačeno, že kdo zvolil platbu bankovním převodem, má poslat peníze na číslo účtu (například) "0001/0002" a k tomu VS který byl vlastně číslo objednávky. Podle pokynů jsem udělal vše co bylo třeba, platba odeslána a za 2 dny mi přišla urgence o nezaplacení. Tam jsem zjistil, že v červeném poli které vyznačuje kam se mají peníze posílat už není účet 0001/0002 ale (například) 1234/0002. Ovšem nezvedají telefony, jeden je stále odpojen, druhý má jen hlasového průvodce a na email nikdo nereaguje. Firma není v insolvenci, ale zkrátka problém se nedá nijak řešit. Nejhorší je to, že dvě z roušek co jsem objednával patří dítěti s diagnostikovaným autismem které si je vybralo a vehementně na roušky čeká. Celkem složité takovému dítěti vysvětlit že asi nedorazí. Byl bych rád, aby pokud toto čte někdo z firmy Online Medical s.r.o. aby se nám zákazníkům nějak ozval a dořešil problém. Jak vidno, nejsem jediný za poslední týdny možná měsíce. Richard M. I ordered on Wednesday 24.2. in the morning, I chose to pick up in the form of a Mail Order and pay by bank transfer. Immediately after receiving the order confirmation, I made a payment (it was correct), however, the email indicated in red that who chose to pay by bank transfer, should send money to the account number (for example) "0001/0002" and the VS which was actually the order number . I did everything I needed according to the instructions, the payment was sent and in 2 days I received an urgency not to pay. There I found out that in the red field which indicates where the money should be sent is no longer the account 0001/0002 but (for example) 1234/0002. However, they do not answer the phones, one is still disconnected, the other has only a voice guide and no one responds to the email. The company is not insolvent, but in short, the problem cannot be solved in any way. The worst thing is that two of the veils I ordered belong to a child diagnosed with autism who has chosen them and is vehemently waiting for the veils. Quite difficult to explain to such a child that he will probably not arrive. I would love if someone from Online Medical s.r.o reads this. to contact our customers in some way and solve the problem. M	Markéta Procházková on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Internetové obchody onlinerousky.cz, ceskenanorousky.cz jsou naprosto nespolehlivé, zřejmě se jedná o podvodníky. Objednané zboží (3 různá balení nanoroušek, 2 x covid test) v hodnotě 1600 Kč, placeno předem. Ihned po zaplacení přišel email, že zboží není na skladě. Po dvou týdnech jsem se snažila kontaktovat firmu, telefon nikdo nebere, na emaily žádná odpověď. Dnes mi přišel balíček se dvěma baleními obyčejných respirátorů, které jsem si neobjednala a rozhodně nejsou české výroby!!! Takové se dají sehnat v lékárně za 100,- Kč ? dovolat se opět nikomu nedá, takže zrušení objednávky a vráceni peněz je asi nemožné. Online stores onlinerousky.cz, ceskenanorousky.cz are completely unreliable, they are probably fraudsters. Ordered goods (3 different nanostuff packages, 2 x covid test) worth CZK 1,600, paid in advance. Immediately after payment, an email came stating that the goods were not in stock. After two weeks, I tried to contact the company, no one answers the phone, no response to emails. Today I received a package with two packages of ordinary respirators, which I did not order and they are definitely not Czech made !!! Such can be obtained in a pharmacy for CZK 100 ? No one can call again, so it is probably impossible to cancel the order and return the money.

Normálně nejsem zastáncem psaní recenzí a už vůbec ne těch negativních, ale po mé zkušenosti s nákupem zde, si ten čas na napsání pár řádků ráda udělám. Lituji, že jsem zaplatila objednávku předem, jelikož bych si jí rozhodně nevyzvedla. Trvalo přes dva týdny od objednání, než respirátory vůbec došly a to jsem je objednávala proto, že byly údajne skladem!!! Několikrát jsem s e-shopem snažila spojit telefonicky, ale absolutně bez úspěchu, dále pak na můj email ohledně informací k objednávce, opět žádná odpověd'. Vrchol všeho ovšem byl, jak balíček nakonec přišel. Naprosto roztrhaná krabička k respirátorům ,ale naštěstí byly dále zabalené ve folii. Ráda bych podotkla, že to nebylo způsobené kurýrem, jelikož hlavní obal byl naprosto v pořádku. Ještě jednou nedoporučuji nákup v tomto obchodě. I definitely do not recommend this online store to anyone. Normally I'm not in favor of writing reviews and not the negative ones at all, but after my experience with shopping here, I'll be happy to take the time to write a few lines. I'm sorry I paid the order in advance, as I would definitely not pick it up. It took over two weeks from the order before the respirators ran out and I ordered them because they were allegedly in stock !!! Several times I tried to contact the e-shop by phone, but absolutely without success, then to my email regarding information about the order, again no answer. The climax of everything, however, was how the package finally came. Absolutely torn box for respirators, but fortunately they were still wrapped in foil. I would like to point out that it was not caused by the courier, as the main packaging was perfectly fine. Once again, I do not recommend buying in this store.

Jsou COVIDOVY vysavaci... na muj email nikdo nekolikrat neodpovedel... Bohuzel v CR je to klasika... Ono i to hodnoceni za to stoji:D Par kradnych co si napisou sami.. ... Zboží vždy přišlo hned, kompletní a v pořádku. Large selection, clear pages, favorable prices, speed of delivery. I order here regularly - privately and for the company and there has never been a problem. The goods always arrived immediately, complete and in order.
