S internetem jsem spokojená, běží jak má. Občas výpadky, ale nic, co by se nedalo zvládnout. Technicky mi i pomohli, aby mi jel lépe. Co se ale jinak týče plateb, fakturace a zvedani telefonu, tak katastrofa. Nezaplatila jsem měsíc předem, chyba banky, stopla se mi trvala platba a drzela ji dlouho banka. Samozrejme mi to nedali vedet a az dnes mi napsali, ze jsem nezaplatila a okamžitě mi vypnuli internet. V rámci nejakeho custom care bych čekala, ze mi daji vedet dřív a ne ze mi ho hned vypnou. Normalne jim ode me platby chodi pravidelne. Tak jsem tam dneska volala ve 2, ve 3 v 6 a ted v 7h. Vyzvaneni jelo kolem 20-40minut a nikdo mi to nebral. Je vsedni den, nikde neni napsano, ze by nebyli k dispozici. Prostě strašný. Doporučuji zlepšení v tom, ze si nastavite automaticky mailing nebo sms v systemu kdyz bude den po splatnosti faktury a platba vam neprijde. Mam to takhle mnoho poskytovatelu a zatim jsem se ani u jednoho nesetkala, ze by mi nedali driv vedet, nez me vypnou. A zvedat telefony!
I'm happy with the internet, it runs as it should. Occasionally outages, but nothing that could not be managed. Technically, they also helped me to do better. But otherwise in terms of payments, invoicing and picking up the phone, a disaster. I didn't pay a month in advance, a bank error, my payment stopped and the bank kept it for a long time. Of course, they didn't let me know and they wrote to me today that I didn't pay and they immediately turned off my internet. As part of some custom care, I would expect them to let me know sooner and not turn it off right away. Normally, they receive payments from me regularly. So I called there today at 2, at 3 at 6 and now at 7. The call went around 20-40 minutes and no one took it from me. It's a weekday, nowhere is it written that they wouldn't be available. Just awful. I recommend an improvement in that you set up automatic mailing or sms in the system when the day after the invoice is due and you do not receive payment. I have so many providers and I haven't met any of them yet that they wouldn't let me know before they turned me off. And pick up the phones!

Nejhorší služby co znám. Telefony nezvedaji, a email neodpovídají. Internet žádná sláva, a některé programy se sekaji. Techniky nejspíš nemají a ty co náhodou přijdou po dnech, týdnech čekání si nevědí rady. Dnes se seká několik programů, Discovery, všechny HBO, National geographic. A ještě další.
The worst service I know. Phones don't answer, and email doesn't respond. Internet no glory, and some programs are chopping. They probably don't have techniques and those who come by chance after days or weeks of waiting don't know what to do. Today, it cuts several programs, Discovery, all HBO, National Geographic. And more.

Je to hrozná zkušenost, rychlost vždy padá a je nestabilní, pokud není zaplaceno včas tak hned vám spočítají za upomínky a za opakovaně připojení 260 Kč + služby za měsíc "(nejlevnější)". Technická podpora můžete čekat týden. NEDOPORUČUJI

Prostory jsem musela chvíli hledat, na vchodu do pasáže nemá firma označení. Prostory firmy působí trochu provizorně, ale s vyřízením svého požadavku jsem byla nad míru spokojena. Technik na přepážce byl velmi milý a ochotně a trpělivě odpovídal na mě otázky.
