Great satisfaction with this pump, very pleasant service during the day and night. They are always willing to help with something. A lady named Verunka is a sweetheart.

Bodet když u toho čumí do tel na filmy, A paní to samé ?‍♀️už jsem nikdy,to radši jinam..... Kasa se jim sekla asi 3x, na cs jsem ztravil temer pulhodinu a i kdyz byli problemy zpusobeny jejich stranou, zadna omluva nebo alespon rozlouceni.. arogance a hloupost - nejhorsi kombinace... Very bad experience - the owner reluctant and incompetent - I had to teach him how to use ccs cards, he claimed that they do not take them. The cash register was cut off about 3 times, I lost almost half an hour on cs and even though the problems were caused by them, no apology or at least goodbye .. arrogance and stupidity - the worst combination ...
K	Kristýna Ponertová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dnes 17.10 jsem navštívila tuto čerpací stanici kterou mám po cestě domů. Již několikrát jsem byla spokojena s obsluhou. Ale dnes tam byla slečna se jmenovkou ,,Bára”. Nepříjemná, neochotná, neumí pozdravit. Vedle ní stál (předpokládám její manžel, přítel) jako vedoucí několika podniků si nejsem vědoma toho, že za pultem mohou stát i jiné osoby, než obsluha. Toaleta, kterou jsem využila byla v katastrofálním stavu, že jsem ihned musela opustit celou čerpací stanici. Nejsem z lidí, která si stěžuje, ale dnes jsem byla celý den tak naštvaná, že mi to nedalo a musela jsem tu recenzi napsat. Doufám, že OMV z toho vyvede důsledný následek. Nerada bych měnila čerpací stanici. Tak snad příští návštěva bude úspěšnější. Today 17.10 I visited this gas station which I have on the way home. I have been satisfied with the service several times. But today there was a young lady with the name "Bara". Unpleasant, reluctant, can't greet. Standing next to her (I assume her husband, a friend) as the head of several companies, I am not aware that people other than the staff may be standing behind the counter. The toilet I used was in a catastrophic condition that I had to leave the entire gas station immediately. I'm not one of the people who complains, but today I was so upset all day that I didn't get it and I had to write a review. I hope that OMV will bring a consistent consequence. I don't want to change gas stations. So hopefully the next visit will be more successful.
