Po kontaktování servisu mi prodejce navrhl, jestli chci notebook vrátit, nebo vyměnit za jiný. Bohužel už na prodejně jiný stejného typu nebyl, tak jsem požadoval vrátit peníze. Vše proběhlo bez problémů. Velmi vstřícné jednání ze strany prodejce. I bought a laptop at On-servis, for which there was no warranty. After a few days of use, I came across a minor defect. After contacting the service, the seller suggested to me whether I wanted to return the laptop or replace it with another one. Unfortunately, there was no one of the same type in the store, so I demanded a refund. Everything went smoothly. Very helpful dealings on the part of the seller.

Dala jsem telefon opět na opravu, kromě obrazovky byl vadný i jack na sluchátka. čekala jsem přes dva týdny, doplatila jsem si výměnu displeje za originální a telefon jsem po urgování dostala zpět, bez opravy Jacku na sluchátka. Obrazovka cca po měsíci opět přestala reagovat a já opravu reklamovala podruhé. Po 10ti dnech byl telefon opravený a na prodejně mi bylo řečeno, že vše funguje, tak jak má a mám pouze aktualizovat systém... I had my iPhone 6 repaired, the curvature was good, but the screen stopped responding after a week. I put the phone back on repair, in addition to the screen was also a headphone jack. I waited for over two weeks, I paid off the display replacement for the original and I got the phone back after the urge, without repairing Jack's headphones. After about a month, the screen stopped responding and I claimed the repair for the second time. After 10 days the phone was repaired and I was told in the shop that everything works as it should and I just update the system ...

Were not so fast because of detail needed but in one week received my working computer. Guys were polite, they can speak Russian and Czech, English is problem a bit. Nice location as well. Tram #18 without transfers from city center is going or #14. Highly recommend.
