★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Postupem času jsem u této společnosti nakoupil integrovaný zesilovač, CD přehrávač, tuner, sluchátkový a phono předzesilovač vše od Creeku, rovněž gramofon a přenosku Clearaudio (přenosku vzledem ke zničení dětmi dokonce 2x), čističku LP a k tomu veškerou kabeláž a hromadu velmi kvalitních CDéček a vynilů. Když jsem se ale po čase obrátil s dotazem na to, kde mohu zmíněný zasilovač dát opravit, nikdo se mi ani neobtěžoval odpovědět.

Po dvou dnech se mi ozvala paní Kotábová a předala mi kontakt na jinou firmnu, která provádá servis přístrojů Creek. Ta mi zesilovač úspěšně opravila.

Over time, I bought an integrated amplifier, CD player, tuner, headphone and phono preamp all from Creek, as well as a Clearaudio turntable and portable (portable even twice as much due to child destruction), an LP purifier and all the cabling and a bunch of high quality CDs and vynilů. But when I turned over a question over time to ask where I could have the amplifier repaired, no one even bothered to answer.

After two days, Mrs. Kotábová called me and handed me a contact to another company that services Creek devices. She successfully repaired my amplifier.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a High-End Hi-Fi Shop. If you are in need of some serious and expensive equipment this is the right place. I did not buy from them (150k for a set of speakers was out of my range) but I will definitely go back when my wallet is thicker.
