★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Maximální spokojenost po každé stránce. Saxík (YTS 82Z) jsem měl doma za 3-4 dny, ostatní prodejci mají dostupnost to samé 3-4 měsíce. Bezkonkurenční cena a k ní nabízený servis. Doporučuji. Nakupoval jsem na tomhle e-shopu víckrát.
Maximum satisfaction in every way. I had Saxík (YTS 82Z) at home in 3-4 days, other sellers have the same availability for 3-4 months. Unbeatable price and service offered. I recommend. I shopped on this e-shop more than once.

toto je má první recenze a bohužel nebude moc pozitivní. Chtěl jsem začít hrát na saxofon a objevil jsem tento obchod, ale bohužel i když jsme přijeli absolutně nádherně z hlediska času ostatní parametry budou spíše utrpení. Když jsme přišli ke vchodu a zazvonili jsme na zvonek, který začal vydávat zvuk, ale nic jiného se nedělo. Poté mě napadlo tam zavolat, že by jsem se mohl zeptat co se děje, ale linka nebyla dostupná. Toto antre jsme zopakovali asi 3krát a jeli domů. Bohužel nic moc.
Předem děkuji za vysvětlení, či jen odpověď, nebo radu.

Good day,
This is my first review and unfortunately it will not be very positive. I wanted to start playing the saxophone and I discovered this store, but unfortunately even though we arrived absolutely wonderful in terms of time the other parameters will be rather suffering. When we came to the entrance and we rang the bell, which began to make a sound, but nothing else happened. Then I thought of calling there so I could ask what was going on, but the line wasn't available. We repeated this antre about 3 times and went home. Unfortunately not much.
Thank you in advance for an explanation, or just an answer, or advice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I took my old Amati Kraslice Tenor to the shop for upkeep and was received by Peter. He gave my sax a good look through and found a lot more other things that were not in the best condition. He asked me to leave it for a day. I came back the next day and found my saxophone like new. His adjustments made playing a lot smoother and improved the instruments sound quality.
I must also mention I am a beginner player and Peter gave me great, but simple advice that helped me further develop my technique.
All in all, a very positive experience. I highly recommend coming to this shop for all your sax needs. If you'd like Peter to help you I recommend you communicate with him in advance as he moves around Europe and the world.
