Onlineshop Semily vřele doporučuji. I ordered in the morning, picked it up in the afternoon. Very nice meeting and I appreciate the help in loading the dryer into the car. It still needs to be tried. R	Radka Filsak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bohužel jsem dala ukvapeně kladné hodnocení při nákupu. To jsem netušila, co mě bude čekat při reklamaci. Telefonické spojení pro vyřízení reklamace neexistuje. Předání informací zřejmě také ne. A vyřízení reklamace naprosto příšerné - zaslání evidentně opotřebených špinavých náhradních dílů (zcela odlišných od původních), přičemž použít lze pouze jeden, protože k druhému již nedodali šroub. Toto všechno za zdlouhavého vypisování, které k ničemu nevede. Unfortunately, I hastily gave a positive evaluation when buying. I had no idea what awaited me during the complaint. There is no telephone connection for handling the complaint. Probably not. And the handling of the complaint is absolutely terrible - sending obviously worn dirty spare parts (completely different from the original ones), while only one can be used, because they no longer supplied a screw to the other. All this with a lengthy listing that leads to nothing.

Zavolala jsem dnes na kontaktní telefon a mě sdělili ze mám dvě možnosti buď čekat 30 dni!!! pokud proběhne reklamace, nebo musím platit poštovné sama! Jinak s oddělení reklamaci není možné spojit jiným způsobem než e-mailem (na podpoře není možné řešit reklamace) a na ten dostáváme informaci, že závadu budou reklamovat u přepravní společnosti. Mě mrzí ze dřív neprecetla tady recenze a udělala takovou chybu a zakoupila od nej zboží. Domnívám si ze je to zaměřeny způsob podvodu a používani peněz do 30 dnů! Nedoporučuji určitě nikomu! 12.04. I'm sorry she didn't read the reviews here before and made such a mistake and bought goods from her. I think it's a focused method of fraud and money laundering within 30 days! I definitely do not recommend it to anyone!
