Hodně zajímavá a originální stavba! Very interesting and original building! I came to Semily in the evening, and seeing the building in the remnants of the setting sun was really a great experience. It was built in 1938 by the Czechoslovak Church, choir of Dr. Karel Farský. During his construction, Turnov architect Vladimír Krýš used modern technologies - concrete and glass. Even from a distance it´s 24 meters high reinforced concrete tower with a bell takes your attention. The church was built in four and a half months. It was officially opened on September 18, 1938. At the beginning of the 21st century it underwent a general reconstruction.
