★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nejhorší internet co jsem kdy viděl. Poslední dobou přemýšlím jestli má fakt cenu dávat za ten váš internet 300kč. Internet nejede určitě jak má. Často se nám doma stává že polovinu dne nejede. Člověk si chce zahrát online hry nebo pustit něco na Netflixu ale nemůže, protože váš internet to nedovolí. Když si zapnu jakoukoliv online hru mám přes 200MS (nehratelné).
The worst internet I've ever seen. Lately I've been wondering if it's really worth giving 300 CZK for your internet. The Internet is definitely not going as it should. It often happens to us at home that he does not go for half a day. One wants to play online games or play something on Netflix but can't because your internet won't allow it. When I turn on any online game I have over 200MS (unplayable).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rád bych se podělil také se zkušenostmi s Opavským Bezdrátem. Byl jsem dlouholetý spokojený uživatel, ale jelikož se během jednoho roku u našeho bydliště dělala přípojka přešel jsem ke kabelovému operátorovi kde mám několikanásobně větší rychlost za dvě stovky výše, a minimální odezvu což jsem u OP poslední dva roky neměl.
Opavský bezdrát byl dlouhodobě jeden z nej wifi poskytovatelů, které jsem v Opavě měl, naprosto skvělá odezva se pohybovala u 30 - 60 ms maximálně. Výpadky jsem neměl za x let prakticky žádné. Každopádně od roku 2019 - 2020 byli jakékoliv online hry nehratelné, odezva(ping) stoupal až k 300ms + netuším co to způsobovalo, vyřešit se to nepodařilo (ne chyba na straně mého pc ani serveru her nebyl, testováno i na jiném PC s čistým OS).
Závěrem bych rád poděkoval za tyto služby, a jak píše tady pisatel podemnou s tou odezvou je to opravdu tak. Těžko říct, jestli to tak mají všichni uživatele OP, nebo to je anténou nejsem specialista. Ale možná by bylo dobré toto řešit a nabídnout uživatelům třeba i větší rychlostní tarif. V dnešní době 30 mb/s je opravdu málo. Co se týká rychlosti u OP tak tu jsem měl vždy stabilní dle smlouvy.
Jinak já mohu OP určitě doporučit, příjemné a férové jednání na to jsem si stěžovat nemohl a k té odezvě, tohle je maličkost a věřím, že to vyřešit půjde. Ať se daří !

I was a satisfied user for many years, but since the connection was made in one year at our place, I switched to a cable operator where I have several times more speed for two hundred times, and the minimum response that I have not had at the OP for the last two years.
Opava wireless has long been one of the best wifi providers I had in Opava, absolutely great response ranged from 30 to 60 ms maximum. I haven't had any outages in x years. Anyway, from 2019 - 2020 any online games were unplayable, the response (ping) rose to 300ms + I have no idea what caused it, it could not be solved (no error on the part of my PC or game server was not, tested on another PC with a clean OS ).
In conclusion, I would like to thank you for these services, and as the writer writes here with the response, it really is. It's hard to say if all OP users have it that way, or if it's an antenna, I'm not a specialist. But maybe it would be good to solve this and offer users, for example, a higher speed tariff. Nowadays, 30 mb / s is really low. As for the speed at the OP, I always had a stable contract.
Otherwise, I can definitely recommend the OP, I could not complain about a pleasant and fair deal, and to that response, this is a small thing and I believe that it will be solved. All the best !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jeden z těch dražších internetů. 4 roky zpátky mělo smysl od O2 přecházet k vám. O2 nám za danou cenu nabízelo 6Mbp/s, vy 19. Dnes je situace jiná, Za danou cenu nabízíte 19, konkurence 50. Nehledě na to, že často internet zlobí, kdy nemáme ani zdaleka 19.
