Poprvé mě nutili podepsat "reklamační protokol" ve kterém stálo, že si za poškození můžu sama, podruhé mi vyreklamovali obrubu ale již ne čočky (zakoupené k obrubě jako celek!!!) se slovy, že na to nemám právo (nesmysl), lhali mi do očí, byli arogantní zvyšovali na mě hlas a jinak mě zastrašovali (jsem drobná blondýna)...když jsem přišla s manželem jednání se najednou zcela změnilo. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER! They are nice until you need to claim something. For the first time they forced me to sign a "complaint protocol" stating that I was responsible for the damage myself, the second time I reclamed the rim but no lenses (purchased to the rim as a whole !!!) saying that I have no right (nonsense) to lie my eyes were arrogant, they raised my voice to me and otherwise intimidated me (I'm a tiny blonde) ... when I came with my husband the meeting suddenly changed completely.

Zaměstnanci byli velmi ochotní, pomohli mi vybrat nové obruby, vyfotili mě, abych se viděla (mám velmi vysokou oční vadu), věnovali se mi dlouho, nabídli mi kávu a vodu. Totálně špatná komunikace a ještě mi pracovník prodejny lhal do očí, že mi několikrát volali. Pravda je taková, že jsem musel několikrát volat já, než se uráčili dohledat hotovou raklamaci. Neochota vyřešit problém ztracených součástí mých brýlí (zakoupených jinde) a obvinění mé osoby, že jsem brýle již přinesl bez těchto součástí. JIŽ NIKDY ! Mají velký a hlavně velice zajímavý výběr obrub a skvělý přístup. Vždy dostanu jako pozornost výbornou kávu než zakázku uzavřeme a přátelsky pohovoříme. Mohu jen a jen doporučit! Kazdopadne me okolnosti privedly zpet, a zkusenost gradovala. Totalne neskoleny znudeny personal, nic vuci mladi, ale opravdu oproti tomu, jak skveli jste byli 3 roky zpatky jsou posledni dva utrpeni, Tentokrat jste zvladli zlomit me obroucky, tim znehodnotili specielni skla za 6000 a nejste ochotni ani castecne odskodneni, Jen jste nabidli slevu na dalsi objednavku ale to bych musela byt blazen, stydim se za obchodniky vasich kvalit, vim ze to neni lehke, ale i gesto dobre vule zmeni zakaznikuv nazor. U vas ale jiz dlouhodobe funguje jen nezajem a posledne me jen hrube napadl pan majitel pres telefon. vic neni co rict. Petra Vesels SHAME. No information. I go in to ask and am just told to come back next week. A month after I ordered them. Go to literally any other optician, there are several in the area.
