(Jen upřesňuji, reklamace byla na vadu brýlí né na poškození brýlí ) Nosím brýle od dětství, mám tedy nějakou zkušenost s prodejci, ale s takovou negativitou jsem se ještě nesetkala. Četla jsem tady na recenzích něco o profesionalitě, já jsem tuto zkušenost bohužel neměla. Pokud chcete nové brýle, doporučuji pořídit někde jinde. Za mě tedy Joštovi NE! I do not recommend this store. Everything was fine at the time of purchase. When complaining, everything was not so well. The lady was uncomfortable, aggressive and unwilling to advise. (I'm just specifying, the complaint was for a defect in the glasses and not for damage to the glasses) I have been wearing glasses since I was a child, so I have some experience with sellers, but I have never encountered such negativity. I read something about professionalism here in the reviews, unfortunately I did not have this experience. If you want new glasses, I recommend buying them somewhere else. So for Jošt, NO!

V okoli je hromada optik a nekolikrat jsem je vsechny obesel jestli nahodou nebude lepsi nabidka a vzdy jsem se s radosti vratil k Joštům do optiky. Na nic si nehrajou. Maji lidsky pristup a vzdy nejlepsi cenu. Nekomu nemusi vyhovovat mensi vyber obrub. Osobne si vzdy vyberu a jsem komplente spokojen. Vlastne tam chodime cela rodina a jinam bychom nesli. I haven't been going anywhere for many years. There are a lot of opticians in the area and I have visited them all several times if there is no better offer and I always happily returned to the optics to Joštů. They don't play for anything. They have a human approach and always the best price. Some people may not be satisfied with a smaller selection of edgings. Personally, I always choose and I am completely satisfied. In fact, we go there the whole family and we would carry somewhere else.
K	Kateřina Zajícová on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mohu jen vřele doporučit. Setkáte se zde s profesionálním přístupem. Oba majitelé se věnují jen a jen vám. Poradí, posoudí i to, zda Vám brýle sluší. To se mi v jiných optikách nestalo. Většinou na mě neměl nikdo čas. I ceny jsou tu více než příznivé. Rozhodně vím, kam se vracet. I can only highly recommend. You will find a professional approach here. Both owners are dedicated only to you. They will advise and assess whether the glasses suit you. That didn't happen to me at other opticians. Mostly no one had time for me. Even the prices are more than favorable. I definitely know where to go.
C	Cyrus Rasti on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want multifocals, this is the shop to go to! The lady who works there is wonderful and she gave me a tutorial on how to use them and she was willing to spend as much time as needed to answer my questions and recommend me the right frame and lenses.
