Optika Trojanova

We were looking for a Russian-speaking ophthalmologist for a child in Prague. Came to Dr. Andrey Artemov, eye ordination Optika Trojanova. But the experience, alas, turned out to be negative. So, Dr. Artyomov carried out a diagnosis, after which he suggested replacing the lenses. The agreement was this: insert new lenses into our frames. The doctor does not have a master, he does everything himself (saving?). It strained, but still trusted. We had just left the door to find an ATM (Dr. Artyomov insisted on cash) when they called us back - the doctor was holding our broken frame. Apparently, brute force was used (then they just read that the frame is specially heated in order to get the lens and not damage the frame itself). “It happens,” said Dr. Andrey Artyomov. This is our first time. The doctor suggested compensating with his frame. It was necessary already at this point to demand a similar setting and not agree to an intermediate option. But the doctor insisted that the new frame was “perfect” for my child. Result after going to Optika Trojanova: - the perfectly fitting safety (silicone) Fisher-Price frame is broken, which costs 2500 kroons here (in Russia it is also not cheap). - instead, there is a frame with iron bows, which are dangerous in the event of a fall (and children rush and fall). - the frame is large, not for age. At the 4-year-old it looks like my grandmother gave her glasses to wear. The temples are 20 cm longer - the child is reclining trying to read a book, and the glasses just bounce up. - the center of the lens is highly displaced relative to the pupil. - no check (tax evasion). The doctor didn't even suggest it! (then, already by phone, it turned out that the amount was + 21%, then you could get a check). - The cost of the lenses was 4000 CZK (but they are now sharpened for an unsuitable "perfect" frame). - New Fisher-Price safety frames ordered at own expense.
