With the good feeling that I will not have to go to choose new glasses in Hradec Králové, I bought glasses here. One ordinary sunglasses with a sun clip and one sunglasses polarized. After two weeks, my leg broke when I just lifted my glasses from the nightstand, and at the same time I didn't get used to it for two whole weeks. They took my glasses for a complaint and re-measured my eyesight - it turned out that they measured it incorrectly and offered me new glasses. After agreement, they exchanged my glasses with a clip for self-tinting and exchanged my sunglasses (without notice or agreement - probably again some mistake) for ordinary sunglasses without polarization. The glasses are overall completely tragic. The rims are of poor quality, they creak and the screws are constantly loosened. The glasses are made of perhaps the cheapest material without any anti-reflective layer, they are easily scratched and absolutely cannot be cleaned after a few months. The self-darkening foil has large gaps around the frames where light shines. My mother bought reading glasses here and used them only a few times in more than half a year - she prefers to use glasses from a drugstore for a few crowns. They are of better quality and see better. Even with an "unlimited" budget for new glasses, you will not be able to choose any glass modifications or their quality. Conclusion: If you are looking for glasses for minimal use, you can easily buy them here. If you also want to use them, you are interested in sight and at least average quality, so go elsewhere. The experience with the staff is good, the experience with the worst products possible, I have never seen anything worse and cheaper.

Today I was picking up a package and I won't let anything be sent there through my mailbox in my life, the lady was annoying, she shook my head at me and almost threw the package at me, if you don't like your work, don't do it. At the time I went to pick up the shipment, there was only me and the lady in front of me, who was also choosing a package, and the lady behind the cash register asked if the lady had a change, the lady turned away with an apology and the lady behind the cash register shook her head.

Today I was picking up two glasses. I have had very strong diopters since childhood, and the cylinder is larger than average. I have problems with where they make them for me. It did not work at the Optics in Úpice. I came here, and here without any problems, and they even made them to me with faint light glass, and I don't look like dandruff. I am absolutely satisfied not only with the glasses, but also with the service, willingness and advice.
