★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Realitni makléřka údajně nemá tušení o aktuálně připravované úpravě zákonu mající zásadní vliv na realitní trh (zrušení daně z nemovitosti 4%) -> bud je velice špatně informavaná o aktuálním dění = neprofesionální, nebo nemluví pravdu (jako většina lidí z odvětví)
Zkusenost z ucasti na aukcich je dale jiz pozitivní, system funguje bez problemu a komunikace s makleri je rychla. Zkusenost ze samotne koupe zatim nemam.
 The real estate broker allegedly has no idea about the currently being amended law having a major impact on the real estate market (abolition of real estate tax 4%) -> either she is very poorly informed about current events = unprofessional or does not tell the truth (like most people in the industry)
The experience of participating in auctions is still positive, the system works without problems and communication with brokers is fast. I have no experience with the purchase itself yet.
