★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nákup proběhl bez potíží, ale reklamace naprosto tragická. Otrávená znuděná osoba na telefonu mi sdělila (bez omluvy), že nemá čas se mi věnovat, protože se stěhovali, teď zapli PC a on je zrovna na štaflích. Reklamační lhůtu prošvihli, na moje dva telefonáty a emaily nereagovali a po nějaké době se ve vší tichosti hluboce po termínu objevili peníze na účtě.
Takže doporučuju tady nenakupovat.
The purchase went smoothly, but the complaint was absolutely tragic. An annoyed bored person on the phone told me (without apology) that he didn't have time to deal with me because they were moving, now they turned on the PC and he was on the ladder. They missed the complaint deadline, did not respond to my two phone calls and emails, and after some time, quietly, after the deadline, money appeared in the account.
So I recommend not shopping here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stejně jako předchozí recenzenti si stěžuji na aroganci a neochotu. To není specializovaná prodejna, kde by si vážili zákazníků, kteří do ní přišli utratit desetitisíce. Odešel jsem raději nakoupit do řetězců, kde sice taky nejsou kdovíjací odborníci, ale za takové chování by je manažer okamžitě vyhodil. Tohle jsem opravdu nečekal.
Like previous reviewers, I complain about arrogance and reluctance. It is not a specialized store where customers who came to spend tens of thousands would appreciate it. I preferred to go shopping in chains, where there are no forging experts, but for such behavior, the manager would immediately fire them. I really didn't expect this.
