★ ★ ★ ★ ★ having a problem with a duff phone made by Sony. I have returned again to collect the phone and guess what. Still not working. Apparently my one year warranty that I get with the phone does not apply to phones. The store seems to think blaming the Sony service centre is the right way. I do not care it is the store responsibility as I have a contract with them. I have been told to seek legal advice if but the smile at me and tell me good luck in the same breath.
I have now been down to the store 8 times with this same problem, I have just tested the phone in front of three of their staff with two different sim cards and still a problem.
They tell me again there is nothing I can do. I say "That's funny because I am enjoy our debate because this is the second time with my loud personality I have managed to empty your store . Are you losing customers, see you again in two week and next time I am video recording the whole thing and it will go on Youtube .
