★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Family room is about 80m2 with huge bathroom and a great view over the surrounding park. All the fans and light switches could use renovation and breakfast is not great either though. Staff is very friendly. We’re yet to try to pool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We stayed in other Orea hotels this year and were expecting the same quality, but unfortunately this was not the case. The spa was sub-par and in need of cleaning and the room furnishings (especially bathroom) neglected

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience! First of all we reserved 2 rooms for 5 people and they didn’t count one person and wanted to make us pay more even if at end they had the room prepared. Also then we came here for sauna and pool and everything was super dirty and very small! The personal was RUDE, no alternative even if we asked to pay more! 5 start hotel?? Are we kidding?????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is nice. Breakfasts were also good, fresh fruits and veggie, good selection.
The personnel was nice as well.
The procedures were a slight disappointment. Massages were very mild and it was rather creaming than muscle stretch. The packs felt nice but honestly expected to get some real mud/peat on my body not just to lie on some pillows. The price was not corresponding to the delivery. The anticelulitide massage was a good one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hotel and breakfast are good. However the douche is very small and the wellness department in the basement was below our expections. All wellness rooms in the basement are very small and there is no daylight at all .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bathroom trash was not cleaned on our arrival. Rubbish from previous visitors was there. Finish sauna door was dirty. Vapour sauna was smelling, this hotel is nice but older and it is recognizable on piping system also in the room - water stuck in basin and shower, or leaving very slowly. There was also hair on the toilette on our arrival.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel was at a very good location. We came here before the resins starts but we still enjoyed it a lot since there weren’t so many people at the pool or sauna. The hotel has very nice staff, good service, and beautiful rooms. We had breakfast and dinner at the hotel and the food was simple but good. We thought that was nice since we didn’t want to be disappointed at some of those Main Street restaurants.
