★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren zu einer "Probe - Behandlung" 3 Tage vor Ort. Das Hotel macht einen sehr guten Einruck. Es ist sauber, ruhig und modern (2018 in Betrieb gegangen). Wir hatten Halbpension - das Essen war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich - lob dem Küchenchef! Die "Schnupper-Behandlungen" ließen einen Einblick in die Möglichkeiten der Kurbehandlungen zu. Leider fehlten uns ein paar Beschreibungen, was die durchgeführten Behandlungen bewirken können (z.T. nur allgemeine Angaben vorhanden).
We were there for a "trial treatment" for 3 days. The hotel makes a very good impression. It's clean, quiet and modern (opened in 2018). We had half board - the food was very good and varied - praise the chef! The "trial treatments" allowed an insight into the possibilities of spa treatments. Unfortunately, we were missing a few descriptions of what the treatments carried out can do (partly only general information available).

- Keine Hotel eigenen Parkplätze, man muss neben der Straße parken und täglich einen Parkschein lösen.
- Auf Corona Schutzmaßnahmen wird so gut wie gar nicht geachtet, Mitarbeiter und Gästen tragen meist keine FFP2 Masken.
- Das Essen in Buffetform ist im Prinzip täglich identisch, keine Variationen, Qualität mittelmäßig.
- Personal bemüht aber unprofessionell und unaufmerksam. Englisch wird kaum gesprochen, deutsch ebenso wenig obwohl sehr viele deutsche Gäste in dieses Hotel kommen
- Der Wellness Bereich besteht aus einer finnischen Sauna, einer Duftsauna und Wärmestrahlern. Also sehr mickrig wenn man die Größe des Hotels und den Beinamen Wellness bedenkt. Die gebuchte Ganzkörpermassage wurde von einer unmotivierten und unfreundlichen Mitarbeiterin durchgeführt, auf einfache Fragen meinerseits zur Massage selbst wurde nicht reagiert.
- Das Zimmer selbst war allerdings sehr schön, groß, mit Balkon und sauber

Large hotel in a good location.
- No hotel parking spaces, you have to park next to the street and buy a parking ticket every day.
- Almost no attention is paid to corona protection measures, employees and guests usually do not wear FFP2 masks.
- The food in buffet form is basically the same every day, no variations, mediocre quality.
- Staff trying but unprofessional and inattentive. Hardly any English is spoken, nor German, although many German guests come to this hotel
- The wellness area consists of a Finnish sauna, a scented sauna and radiant heaters. So very puny considering the size of the hotel and the nickname wellness. The full body massage booked was carried out by an unmotivated and unfriendly employee, and there was no response to simple questions I had about the massage itself.
- The room itself was very nice though, big, with a balcony and clean

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren wieder für eine Wellness Woche im Grandhotel Nabokov und wieder sehr zufrieden.
Während Corona kam es offenbar zu vermehrtem Personalwechsel. Im Restaurant war kein Personal mehr, was vor dem Lockdown dort gearbeitet hat - und das empfanden wir als positiv. Vor 3 Jahren wirkte das Servicepersonal im Restaurant nicht motiviert. Das war jetzt deutlich angenehmer. Die Mitarbeiter waren aufmerksam und motiviert, besonders Gabryela war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend.
An der Rezeption hat auch das Personal gewechselt und es ist dadurch leider nicht besser geworden. Freundlich sind sie alle dort, aber die Kenntnisse sind noch ausbaufähig. Besonderen Dank an Frau Bourová von der Reservierung, die unseren Aufenthalt kurzfristig möglich gemacht hat. Die Zimmer sind perfekt und sehr sauber. Das Essen war gut und reichhaltig. Es war immer reichlich am Buffet und wurde zügig aufgefüllt. Negative Bewertungen können wir nicht nachvollziehen.
Als wirklich schlecht empfanden wir, dass die Hotelbar nur tageweise geöffnet ist, dass die Minibar nur extrem dürftig mit Hochprozentigem und Wasser gefüllt ist (kein Cola, Limo, Saft oder Bier) und dass vom Rezeptionspersonal keine Info darüber erfolgt ist! Das geht bestimmt besser.
Auch sind die schicken Kaffemaschinen im Restaurant ein tägliches Ärgernis. Von 6 Tagen funktionierten nur an 1 Tag beide Maschinen. Oft funktionierte nur eine Maschine mit entsprechender Warteschlange, oder beide hatten Probleme. Eine kleine, kräftige Mitarbeiterin hat dann mit hochrotem Kopf die Schalen entleert oder irgendwas aufgefüllt. Das sollte dringend besser werden!
Wir werden wir hinfahren, denn Behandlungen, Pool und Entspannung sind sehr gut und können es auch weiterempfehlen.
We were again for a wellness week in the Grandhotel Nabokov and again very satisfied.
During Corona there was apparently an increase in personnel changes. There were no longer any staff in the restaurant who worked there before the lockdown - and we found that to be positive. 3 years ago the service staff in the restaurant didn't seem motivated. It was much more comfortable now. The employees were attentive and motivated, especially Gabryela was very friendly and courteous.
The staff at the reception has also changed and unfortunately it hasn't gotten any better. They are all friendly there, but there is still room for improvement. Special thanks to Mrs. Bourová from the reservation who made our stay possible at short notice. The rooms are perfect and very clean. The food was good and plentiful. It was always plentiful at the buffet and was quickly refilled. We cannot understand the negative reviews.
We found it really bad that the hotel bar is only open on a daily basis, that the mini bar is only extremely poorly filled with hard liquor and water (no coke, soda, juice or beer) and that the reception staff did not provide any information about it! That's definitely better.
The chic coffee machines in the restaurant are also a daily nuisance. Both machines worked only 1 day out of 6 days. Often only one machine with the corresponding queue worked, or both had problems. A small, strong employee then emptied the bowls or filled something up with a bright red face. This should definitely get better!
We will go there because the treatments, pool and relaxation are very good and can also recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jednu hviezdičku dávam za čistotu hotela a druhú pre český personál.
Dúfala som v príjemný pobyt s mojimi kolegyňami, ktorý nám žiaľ kazil neochotný personál, rusky hovoriacich ľudí, ktorí očividne nemali o Čechov záujem.
Prvá skupina kolegýň prišla do hotela skôr s tým, že im bolo povedané, že procedúry si vyberieme po 16:00, druhá skupina sme dorazili o štvrtej a dostali sme prichystané papiere. Nikto nám nedal na výber, aké si môžme zvoliť, samozrejme recepčná už od toho dala ruky preč s veľkou neochotou (po konfrontácii v posledný večer, nasadila falošný úsmev, akoby sa nič nestalo) . Na druhý deň, sme si to išli vybaviť, pani na balneo centre sa nam snažila prehodiť aspoň jednu procedúru, pretože sme mali plán odísť v pondelok po raňajkách a už ked sme to mali zaplatené, predsa o to nechceme prísť. Zvyšok sme si museli zariadiť u vrchnej sestry, ktorá sa nam tiež snažila vyhovieť. Nepáči sa mi, že nám nikto nedal na výber aké služby si vlastne môžme vybrať, kvôli zlému načasovaniu (nestihli by sme obed) sme museli jednu vynechať. Čo sa týka masáže, tak som rada, že tá moja skončila po 17tich minútach, pretože skutočne horšiu som nezažila, zhodli sa aj kolegyne, ze s masážou neboli spokojné.
Pozdravujem vysokého pána z bazénu, bol ste milý.
Čo sa týka jedla, tak to mi naozaj chutilo, nerezové nádoby žiaľ nedržali jedlo príliš dlho teplé. Samotná obsluha (až na šedivú nízku pani- boli ste veľmi milá) bol neskutočne nepozorný, drzý s arogantným vystupovaním. Slečne čašníčke som sa prihovorila po rusky, či si náš stôl môže niekto začať všímať, cítili sme sa nepríjemné, že okolo ruských obyvateľov hotela obskakovali a my sme boli ako vzduch, to isté platí aj na vysokeho mladého pána, ktorý sa nás neopýtal, či si náhodou niečo nedáme, alebo keby nám aspoň zobrali taniere a nevyzerali sme ako na vlakovej stanici pri nejakej osade.
Zažili sme aj problémy na izbe v podobe nefunkčného radiátora a wc ktoré bolo pravdepodobne upchaté.
Z hotela sme odišli skôr a dovolím si tvrdiť, že sa doňho už nevrátime (jedine žeby sme boli ruská elita).
Čechom tento hotel nedoporučujem, cítili sme sa veľmi bezvyznamne, čo by v GRANDHOTELY nemalo byť.
Spomeniem ešte, že namiesto plnej penzie nám uviedli polovičnú, pobyt sme mali rezervovaný 3 mesiace, čakali sme viac.
I give one star for the cleanliness of the hotel and the other for the Czech staff.
I was hoping for a pleasant stay with my colleagues, who unfortunately spoiled our reluctant staff, Russian-speaking people who were obviously not interested in the Czechs.
The first group of colleagues came to the hotel earlier and were told that we would choose the procedures after 16:00, the second group arrived at the fourth and we received the papers. No one gave us a choice of what we could choose, of course the receptionist gave up on it with great reluctance (after a confrontation last night, she put on a fake smile as if nothing had happened). The next day, we went to remember it, the lady at the balneo center tried to change at least one procedure for us, because we had a plan to leave on Monday after breakfast and we didn't want to lose it when we had it paid for. We had to get the rest with the head nurse, who also tried to satisfy us. I don't like that no one gave us a choice of what services we could actually choose, due to bad timing (we wouldn't have time for lunch) we had to miss one. As for the massage, I'm glad that mine ended after 17 minutes, because I didn't really experience any worse, my colleagues also agreed that they were not satisfied with the massage.

As for the food, I really liked it, unfortunately the stainless steel containers did not keep the food warm for too long. The staff himself (except for the gray low panic you were very nice) was incredibly inattentive, rude with arrogant demeanor. I spoke to the young waitress in Russian if anyone could start noticing our table, we felt uncomfortable that they jumped around the Russian inhabitants of the hotel and we were like the air, the same goes for a tall young gentleman who did not ask us if we don't happen to have anything, or if they at least take our plates and don't look like we're at a train station near a settlement.
We also experienced problems in the room in the form of a non-functional radiator and toilet which was probably clogged.
We left the hotel earlier and I dare say that we will not return to it (only if we were the Russian elite).
I do not recommend this hotel to the Czechs, we felt very insignificant, which should not be in GRANDHOTELS.
I will also mention that instead of full board we were told half, we had a stay booked for 3 months, we expected more.
