★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Od Orfeu jsem objednala jako dárek plnitelné nerezové kapsle, které bohužel nedělaly dobrou kávu. Ale! na základě konzultace s Radovanem z této firmy jsme došli k tomu, že bohužel ne všechny kávovary Nespresso jsou schopny s těmito kapslemi pracovat (asi jde o stáří přístroje). Nicméně vůbec nebyl problém s reklamací, naopak, i přes mou pomalou komunikaci, se firma sama znovu ozvala, abychom to dořešili, nejdřív mi nabídli náhradní kapsle a nakonec my poslali kávu dle výběru v hodnotě prvotní objednávky. Takže klientský servis a kávu vřele doporučuji :-)!
 I ordered a refillable stainless steel capsule from Orfe as a gift, which unfortunately did not make good coffee. But! Based on a consultation with Radovan from this company, we came to the conclusion that unfortunately not all Nespresso coffee machines are able to work with these capsules (probably due to the age of the device). However, there was no problem with the complaint at all, on the contrary, despite my slow communication, the company called again to solve it, first offered me replacement capsules and finally we sent coffee of your choice in the value of the initial order. So I highly recommend customer service and coffee :-)!
