And the worst of it all the redhead lady that took us to the spa barrels. She kept rolling her eyes, almost yelling at us while explaining , and spoke to us in manner that was absolutely condescending. I will make sure to email the management to ensure that the service is improved. The location is 100% the right location and the employee works there. Unlike what the spa says in the reply

It was very warm as soon as you walked in the door, but we were shown how to use the taps and offered cold beer while we waited for our reservation time. The dark beer here is delicious! The taps were very foamy, but we were told it was because the main room keg was new? When our time arrived we were walked to the room and everything was explained: 25 minutes in the jet tubs and 25 minutes on the straw bed (which we skipped and stayed in our tubs instead, even though they turn the jets off), and 10 minutes to get ready and get out. The complimentary beer bread was delicious (I only wish there was more), the tubs were relaxing, and playing bartender was fun. Would definitely recommend this location!
m	merve on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All in all it was a good experience, the room is very big and you have tubs with the essence of beer (like malt and wheat) but its not a bath full of beer as we thought, a sauna, a small toilet, showers and a bed. You can drink as much tab beer as you like (light or dark beer). We had a good time and it was a unique experience, just until the employee came into our private spa without asking

We booked the last two hours in the evening after a long day of walking and sightseeing. After the beer spa, we felt refreshed yet relaxed. I would recommend booking a 2 hour slot to really relax and enjoy the facilities and unlimited beer as an hour does seem rushed. One tub can easily fit two adults sat opposite each other. Get there early as your time starts at your booking time and the last 10 minutes is for getting showered and dressed. There are two private rooms based in the basement. The bigger room has 3 tubs, hay bed, toilet, changing area with small lockers, shower and a sauna. The smaller room has 2 tubs, hay bed, toilet and changing area. Choice of Krusovice light and dark beer on tap and a plate of bread served as appetizers.
